Totally biased anecdote but everyone I know from AK* voted for Begich, including those who previously supported Walker. Fingers crossed!

ETA context: Walker is current governor, running as Independent, who withdrew to avoid splitting the vote. Begich is the D candidate. Both support Medicaid expansion.
My husband keeps asking me if I was this antsy for 2016 (he was stuck at the station running DUI calls all night). It's too early to start drinking at 4pm PST right?
As long as you are not driving there is no such thing as too early to start drinking in election night.

Medicaid is legit so fucked if Begich doesn’t win. I don’t even know what we will do. I’m super, super nervous but that makes me feel a little better!
