Sort of MUR-Ebates question/poll(non clicky)

Because I'm in a bit of discussion with Ebates customer service and I'm salty because I think they're BSing me, I have a questions.

How do you get your payout? Check, PayPal or GC?

If you get a GC payout, how did you get that option?

If you don't get a GC payout, have you been offered a GC option at all in the past year?

I get a check, haven’t had a gift card offer in several years. I have emailed them before and they said oh you will, it’s random blah blah. I think they don’t know themselves at the cs level.

I will get a check mailed to me unless I get a gift card option via email for an extra percentage more. I’ve had at least 2 offers for the gift cards this year but I’ve also gotten a check this year. I think with the check it was only like $5 and I didn’t get a GC offer that time. I’ve never done PayPal.

I think I once received a GC offer years ago, but never since. I'm getting the same BS runaround from Ebates customer service. First it was "if you qualify we'll let you know" and then when I asked how one qualifies (which was my initial question) I got the "it's random" response.

I generally get the check (via PayPal) but get a GC offer at least 50 percent of the time.

My default is set for a Paypal payout. I get a GC offer maybe 50% of the time. I got the offer last time and took it, and also got it super late this time and also took it. It will be interesting to track next quarter's payout and see if I get the GC offer or not.

I get a check and have gotten a GC option only twice that I know of since I've been a member (since 2010).

I've gotten a GC option once in the last year. I always have more than $20 for my payout each quarter.

I have occasionally gotten a giftcard option. For the last three checks, at least, I have gotten a check with no gc option.

Same. I’ve only gotten it a handful of times. Does not seem to correspond to the amount in any way.

My default payout method is PayPal. I got a gift card offer once by email.

I’ve only been offered the gift card twice (I think) and I took it once. It’s been a couple of years since they’ve offered it to me. I get paid in check form.

I nearly always get the GC option. It was late this time but I did get it. There was one other time maybe 18-24 months ago when I didn't get one.

I do either a GC or PP. I usually get an email from Ebates that has an increased percentage offer if I go with a GC. Most of the times I’ll do an Ulta GC. This time around I went with kohl’s.

I’ve never been offered a GC. I’ve had an account for at least 4 years and didn’t know it was an option.

I have gotten the GC option consistently over the last 2 years, so much so, that I didn't realize it wasn't done for everyone. I have taken it every single time it is offered. My default payment method is set to PP, but I just checked and I haven't gotten a PP deposit since 2016.
