I need to replace my old 12" non-stick pan. I have a really nice Pampered Chef 12" skillet that I love but I went on their website and it looks like they discontinued the one that I have and I'm not in love with the current style of their new one. I went on the Good Housekeeping website for ideas but does anyone have a non-stick pan that they absolutely love?
I use Calphalon, usually bought at BB&B with a 20% off coupon.
Cook’s Illustrated did a review of these several years ago and the conclusion that they came to was to get a good pan, but don't go too expensive because they will need to be replaced periodically.
We have the Green Pan and it’s pretty good. I’ve also used Calphalon non-stick pans and while they’re good, I have to replace them pretty often (every two years or so).

I read an article on Serious Eats that said it's not really worth investing a lot for a nonstick. I always buy cheap nonstick (I spend more for my stainless steel pans).

I have the simply caphalon pans and love them. I’ve had them 6 years and they’re in great shape. I should mention I cook at home about 4 nights a week.

Us too. We replace every few years, but the price point builds that in.
Another vote for Calphalon. I have had mine for maybe 5 years or so and they still look brand new. I use them often and I’m surprised at how well they’ve lasted.
Cooks Illustrated rated a TFal pan the best the last time I checked. They’re pretty inexpensive, around $30.
We have the recommended t-fal pro pan. I liked my green non stick one, but DH hated it for some reason and replaced it (I’m still a bit salty about that as it was a gift from my dad) with the T-fal one. Haven’t had any issues with it and it is easy to clean. The center dot changes when it is hot.
I bought a Costco Kirkland brand set about 4 years ago. Two of the pans get heavy use and are still in new condition. The bad thing is that they only come in a set if you are looking for a single pan.
We got a three-pack from Costco so we have different sizes. Another vote for not spending very much because even the nicest ones will wear out eventually.
I have a Green pan that I just got at Tuesday Morning, it hasn't had a lot of use yet. I also have some Kitchenaids I got at Kohls that have held up fantastically.
I have a couple Scanpans that I got at Sur La Table. I researched quite a bit and these seem to have the best reviews/ratings. I do have an induction cooktop so I can't get any old pan. I have had them a few years and the nonstick is like new.
We love the ones from IKEA, believe it or not. They're induction-suitable and the handle isn't covered by a silicone grip that will fail over time (slipping). DH has determined that they're the best pans for flipping omelets because of the handle and shape of the edge.
