I have 11 7" reels of 8mm film (~4400 feet) that I'd like to move to DVD. I'm seeing prices anywhere from .13/ft (costco, limited correction) to .28/foot (HD, bells and whistles.) Anyone have any company recommendations for this? Thanks!

I'd reach out to local people and see if anyone has recommendations. We have a great local place near us that I found on a community FB page
