I need to buy favors for ds1s bday party. It’s a Minecraft theme, age 7, and I want to spend under $3 per kid. I’d like something useful as no one wants more junk like play doh, slime, pencils, etc. We’ve gotten string backpacks lately at a couple and t shirts that seemed better.
I did a mini-fig at DD’s Legos party. You can get blind bags of Minecraft figures for $4 and may be able to find them for a lesser price. The mini-figs were a huge hit.
2chatter, at first I was like eww socks. But DD's class is so adorable, I could imagine them all going back to her K class and showing off their socks lol. I read to the class and the boys were so cute. They were all like pink is my favorite color too, and I love horses. There is something special about K that none of the other grades including pre-school have.

I like the mini-figure/blind bag and cookie ideas. I've had kids decorate a cookie to take home. It doubles as an activity and party favor. I also gave out large candy bars at DS's last party, but I know that can be tricky/not necessarily universal with food allergies.
I like to get the theater boxes of Swedish Fish from the Dollar Tree. One per kid and $1 per kid. Easy to hand out and the kids love them. No allergy issues either

Socks and candy for the win!
ETA. I got the Minecraft socks from target and am getting green (grass) or blue (diamond sword) rock candy on a stick. I’ll let dh choose which color he prefers.
