Oh man, that stinks! I just got a large Gap/Old Navy order that I just placed early last week and I was actually impressed with their fast shipping (for them at least!) Usually when I pick the free shipping it takes the full 2 weeks. But everything in my order was correct.
I would see if there is a chat feature or call them and ask that you get free expedited shipping on your correct order!
That’s so frustrating! I’ve never had that happen, but I ordered a bunch of stuff from Gap/ON from my phone a couple months ago and there are little circles with the shipping addresses. I was sure it was highlighting my address but I never received the package. I looked for my email confirmation and it had shipped it to my mom’s house in a different state! I went back in and started a fake order and it was still checked to my address. The website was having a lot of glitches that weekend.
Last week, I ordered a Christmas sweater and when it arrived it looked way too small. That’s because it’s a medium in gap kids! There was nothing in the listing that said that and I’d done a word search for a specific pattern sweater, so it didn’t show a department heading. The only way to tell is if you click on the photos. The first one was only the sweater, but the second photo had a girl model. I’ll take the blame for that one because I have a hilarious habit of ordering out of scale things online.

ON has pretty good customer service. USPS never delivered a package (not their fault of course) and they offered to overnight the items or refund them.
