Tl;dr: If you use either a dog sitter or cleaning service regularly, do you give them something extra at the holidays?
Details-
Dog Sitter: We use our dog sitter probably 5 - 7 times a year, she’s great, our dogs love her, they’re kind of high maintenance and she’s great with them. Her price is reasonable, she charges $40 and comes 4 times a day.
House cleaner: They come every other week, $90 a visit, do a good job, nothing spectacular, but we’ve been happy with them. It’s a privately owned business, but I’m not sure if the same people come each time. Only downside is they take the week of Christmas off and that’s ALWAYS our week, lol, so we go a month without a cleaning then. So if I want to leave something for them, it will have to be tomorrow.
I was thinking of maybe a $50 Target gift card for each? But (and I literally just thought this as I was typing) for the cleaners, should I just do cash so they could split it up? Or is it not necessary to do anything?
We tip our house cleaners an extra week in cash. We have two ladies that come every other week for $120, so I’m leaving an extra $120 the next time they come.

I tip my dog sitter one extra day, which probably isn't adequate. I usually buy him a bottle of booze too, he's a college kid.
At my new apartment we have a man that comes once a week and cleans the entry way of each unit. He washes the windows, mops, and vacuums. Seriously this is one of my favorite things, I love Sundays when I walk out and the entry way is sparkling. How much should I tip him? If it's relevant I have one of the 4 dogs in our unit, so we track in our share of dirt. LCOL.
