Which would you do? Switching Park Days

Hello! Me again.
mainelyfoolish had an interesting idea to flip two of my park days. I think it's a good option, but there's give & take each way. Would like to settle this before 2/1 so I can book remaining fast passes prior to the 30 day mark. 6 people in our party which is a little challenging for dining and FP. 

Plan A:
HS on Sunday with EMH at 8:00. (what time do we actually have to get there? what time would we have to leave AoA?)
Touring Plans has HS at a level 9 (not 10...I was wrong. That's AK on our AK days!)
We would like to sign up for Jedi Training and maybe try to do SDD. 
We have a 9:50 Star Tours FP 
11:15 Toy Story Mania
1ish Indiana Jones
No dining currently available; maybe just QS; who knows. Would probably do a mid-day break. 
Star Wars Fireworks

MK on Thursday
MK is a 9 on crowd calendar
Be Our Guest at 10:15
No FP yet

OR PLAN B:
MK on Sunday (8 on crowd calendar)
No FP yet (lose original HS fast passes)
I tentatively took a Liberty Tree Tavern lunch for now b/c it was available.
I have an ADR alert set up for BOG

HS on Thursday (6 on crowd calendar)
Park opens at 9 (what time do we actually have to get there? what time would we have to leave AoA?)
Still want to do Jedi Training
We have late FP b/c we were originally set to do a half-day in this park. Have 2:30 Little Mermaid, 4:00 SDD
Star Wars Fireworks
No dining plans (lose BOG reservation)

I think I would do Plan B since the crowds sound better.

Plan B if I am understanding that puts you at both parks with lower crowds in each than plan A days?


Keep the dining alert for BOG. IMO, food wise, QS is nothing to write home about and since they changed the dinner menu that isn’t either. Although it is fabulous to go in and eat for the experience and scenery alone and to say you at at the beasts castle. I wouldn’t stress to much either way about losing this. If you get one, yay!! Definitely go. If not, that’s ok too.

Plan B is lower crowds, yes, per Touring Plans. But I wasn't sure how much stock to put into that. I am leaning towards plan B.

I think it boils down to if you want to do SDD or BOG. My sons would rather do SDD, but it depends on what your family wants to do.

I would do plan B but also cross check other crowd calendars (Kenny and Undercover tourists both have thorough calendars). When comparing the three for our dates, there is a lot of differences.

Don’t plan around BOG breakfast. I wouldn’t pay for it OOP unless for a pre park opening. It was not very good and $$ for what you get.
