bears, maybe now is the time to let her fail on her own versus stepping in and taking over.
I would be all in for this, but I really can't impact the other families. I don't want them showing up if there is no one to lead the meeting or have her try to run a meeting without another adult volunteer (it's a safety rule).
I rescheduled the meeting so I could lead it and I've already asked another parent to be the new co-lead. A few more things that have transpired that really illustrate how little she respects me and how unreliable she is.
I just took DD for a haircut. It’s a little short but it should grow out quick.
We went to dinner with friends last night ... they and their two kids recently moved into a really small third floor walkup apartment, and downsized by getting rid of a bunch of things including all thebaby stuff. Surprise ... #3 will be here this summer. Lolol
