I'm in the same place- we're doing all three bathrooms and I have lots of ideas, but trying to organize them into three different bathrooms that won't be outdated next year is haaaaaaard. I'm probably going to do a free design consult with the tile store our contractor likes to work with.
Anyway, a couple of my master bath inspiration photos:
I really struggle with this because it's so hard to find "master bath" inspiration that is nicely appointed and isn't the size of my entire bedroom. Our full bath is about 8.5'x8.5' and we just barely fit 2 sinks, one tall cabinet, a toilet, and short-than-standard tub/shower combo into it when we reno'ed last spring. Freestanding tubs, vanities, and so many other amenities are totally out of the question. We plan to add a master over the garage eventually with en suite bath, but the bathroom won't be much (any?) bigger. It probably won't have a tub at all, as luxe as they might be.
A few aesthetics that I've liked, although the size/features aren't for us:
I would like transom windows above the shower instead of the large window here, but that's one of many actual functional changes I'd need to make. I just think it's pretty.
Susie, my master bath is basically a bowling lane. It's probably 15+ feet long and about 5 feet wide. No one is really featuring bowling lane bathrooms either.
Yeah, our master bath is 9'3"x4'4", including the pretty small shower stall. Even our "big" main bathroom is only 10'x4'9". I'm basically looking for pretty finishes and a vanity with good storage. There will be no statement tubs, lounging areas, or decorative display cabinets, lol.

I can't even comment due to living in London in a house with small bathrooms and the houses we're looking at all seem to also have tiny bathrooms. Sigh. I'm always looking for ideas for compact bathrooms (ex. if you have a bathtub you don't have a shower or the reverse, definitely cannot fit two sinks, etc). I love the pic you posted though.

IDK how much this will help because Houzz always seems like it's designer stuff and McMansions, but they do have a category for "small bathrooms". I feel like I'm happy with the layout we have planned, I mostly want ideas for flooring, tile, fixtures, etc. Hopefully those will work regardless of the size of the room.
This was a bathroom in a model home we were looking at when house hunting. This bathroom alone would have sold me (the House was amazing anyway) but they didn’t have any lots that could have a walkout basement which we needed..so we kept Looking. The shower was approx the size of a racquetball court...lol.
