How have you approached this? DD (2.5) will go #1 in the potty consistently (and 85% of the time will tell us she has to go) but #2 has been a disaster. Should we just fall back to Pull-Ups and re-engage back home?
We still use pull ups when traveling with my 3.5 year old son. It's annoying but he still has an accident several times a week (some weeks daily) and it's always #2 so a mess to clean up. He hasn't regressed in peeing in the toilet by doing this so at least that's nice. We never did with my older daughter but she PTed much easier/quicker.

I would consider at least using pull ups for the car/plane ride. I would possibly use them the whole time depending on how things were going and how the child reacted to wearing a pull up.
We used Pull Ups the entire time with my almost 3 year old. Significantly easier than having to worry about accidents or get out of line for bathroom emergencies. She hasn't had an accident in the week we've been back.

We used PullUps the whole time with our potty training 2.5 year old. Honestly we all regressed a bit- we weren’t asking her if she had to go, and she was peeing in her Pull-up more than I would have liked. But 🤷♀️. She of course always pooped in line for a ride too.
I would do whatever is going to make it easiest for you. For sure Pull-Ups on a plane or long car ride. I would probably use the Pull-ups but encourage her to still try to keep them clean and dry. She can still go to the bathrooms whenever needed, but if it's horrible timing or she has an accident, you don't have a ruined outfit.
When ds1 was that age we used a pull up just in case. Like on the plane, on a ride, far away from a bathroom, etc. we told him to treat it like underwear and keep it clean and he did. We will be doing the same with DS2 this summer.
