I unexpectedly earned diamond last year and I’d say so far they have been good. I’ve received two full sized products for free (both I happen to like- cleansers). Other than that I haven’t noticed anything other than points accumulating faster. I’m wondering if during sales there are special things or early access or something.

I got to Diamond last year and have it through 2019. They do offer full sized free products with a purchase and early access to products. Plus, you get free shipping at $25. I'm on a no buy and have not even opened an Ulta email this year because I don't want to be tempted, so I couldn't tell you what has been offered this year!

I still think Ulta's top tier Diamond is still better than Sephora's Rouge (even after they revamped it).
