Disney Springs: Boathouse Animal Kingdom Lodge: I haven't tried it but people love Sanaa Boardwalk: Tutto Italia is very good! Yacht Club: we love the Yachtsman Grand Floridian: we had a great meal at Citricos
Jiko at Animal Kingdom is really delicious. I've also heard great things about Sanaa.
California Grill at the Contemporary Citrico's or Narcoosee's at Grand Floridian Le Cellier at Epcot The Edison at DS has great appetizers and drinks The Boathouse at DS
These are all places I've been to without kids or am planning to go, without kids.

On property- Victoria and Alberts b/c you will be almost guaranteed a kid-free dining experience. There might be some foodie teenagers there but it will not be full of kids. Jikos at the AKL is nice but not kid free and it can get loud in the waiting area because it is next to Boma.
Off property- Columbia Restaurant in Celebration.
I'd avoid California Grill because it will be full of kids. The last time I dined there, I had someone else's kids crawling underneath my table because their parents were more concerned with watching the fireworks instead of their kids. It used to be a great date night restaurant and then parents discovered you could watch fireworks and it was overrun with kids.
Blue Zoo at The Swan. Of all the Disney restaurants we have been to so far inside the Disney hotels, this one reminded me the most of the nice NYC restaurants we used to go to pre-kids.
