I have a group of girls coming over this afternoon to practice their school talent show dance. The music is an edited portion of a song. I have the clip in an email. How do I play it for the girls? Is there a better way than just playing it off my phone? Do I need to borrow some kind of bluetooth speaker or something?
If you have a Bluetooth speaker that would be ideal, but you absolutely don’t need to go out and buy one. I would recommend being prepared to start, stop, and rewind the music as they practice.

We just did this exact thing. We had 15 girls in a large space, so I did use a bluetooth speaker (a $5 one that had disco lights that I either got at 5 below or Target dollar spot). If you are in a smaller room, I don't think it would be necessary at all. I DID however really need someone to start and stop the music for me while I was teaching the girls the dance. If your girls are more self-sufficient and you aren't leading, then you should be able to control the music, but if you think you will be leading, you might want to ask a sibling or a parent to stay and help out.
