My 5 year old nephew got this game for Christmas. It's not a strategy game at all but it involves balancing things on a ship and trying not to tip it over (sort of like the concept of Jenga). My nephew had a lot of fun with it, and I think my BIL, H, and I probably spent several hours messing around with it - it's fun for all!
We also got my nephew the kids version of Ticket to Ride. We only played it with him once (maybe/hopefully they've played it since) but he really enjoyed it. It's probably too mature for a 3 year old though.
He also got Guess Who (kid version) and caught on super quickly and had fun with it, too.
DS has a modeling job next month. 😂 It’s a photo shoot for an article so he’s not trying to sell anything. The catch is I have to be in it with him.

My daughters preschool started offering a Spanish class once a week, 3 weeks ago. It's $45/mo, and her eventual elementary has a language program so we decided against it. The first week, the whole class went. Presumably to get there kids excited so they could get their parents to sign them up.
I think my kid is so sure she's enrolled that she's just been going and she's so confident about it that no one has questioned it yet.
She seems to love it so I'm considering caving anyway.
