I have not been able to rally myself since my surgeries to get back on track. That being said, I'm giving myself a lot of credit for the fact that as a Diet Coke addict I haven't had one in four weeks. That's a big deal since I had several a day for years.
I actually switched back to weight loss mode this past week to try to get myself a couple pounds of buffer under my goal weight. So far, I have stayed exactly the same. I'll stick with it a couple more weeks before switching back to maintenance.

I finished my 5 week challenge on 2/9 and was down 6.7 lbs. I was pleased. I am mostly sticking with the plan. I was sick all week last week and didn't work out at all. I weighed in today with PMS bloat, having to pee and having a huge unhealthy dinner last night and I was only up 2 lbs so I think I am still pretty on target. I have about 12-15 more lbs to go.
I think I missed last week! I am below goal #1 right now - my official weigh in is either tomorrow or Friday (depending on when I have pho for lunch). I am interested to see if I can lose a few more. I started a job in retail and I am on my feet a lot and being on the floor means I can't snack. So we shall see! I am bordering on a lowest adult (as in 30s+) weight so it might be tough to get there.
I'm down 3.2 for my first week tracking/working out, which will likely be my biggest loss over the next six months I'm hoping to drop 25 lbs, but I will certainly take it.
I've really started to work on ensuring I get at least 3 strength training sessions/week (I really like the one class I'm doing that does full body with the bar/weights, plates, and body weight and keeps things moving so you get cardio as well).
Down 1.3 for a total of 52.9. I am SO CLOSE to my next mini goal. Hopefully this week.
On a related note my friend and I went to 9 Round yesterday to try something new. So fun! Who knew I’d love hitting things so much! That said, I’m sore as hell today.

Up a little this week, but last week was my birthday and Vday, plus Girl Scout cookie delivery, and my period starting so I'm not surprised and I'm ok with the minimal increase.
I made 2 ingredient pizza dough last night and it was so good! Nonfat mozz, pepperoni and a little creamy melt mozz on top.
I actually started WW and was looking for this thread last week. I joined and input everything and was so shocked to see that I was alloted over 50 points a day. I was like, Um...this sis dumb, I don't eat anything close that that naturally, but, okay. After a few days I was like, this isn't going to work. I thought that it gave me so many points because of how I entered my workout schedule so I went in to delete that. Turns out, my weight was WAAAAAAY off. I don't even know how it got to this number because it wasn't like I hit a three instead of a one. It was off by 248 lbs.
After adjusting to the correct starting weight, my points are down, obviously...so, that was a fun adventure. I am really hoping this does something. After 2 months of tracking what I eat (and calorie wise, doing pretty good, but maybe I need to do better with what calories?) and working out more than I ever have, the scale hasn't done anything - which makes staying motivated so hard. So, trying the WW things.
I've ended up gaining about 3lbs but I think a large part of this is because of the fertility meds. We're doing a transfer next week so I'm pumped full of meds again. I need to get back to keto though - that's what worked really well for me before but for some reason starting again is just so daunting.
I haven’t opened my WW app in weeks, and haven’t weighed myself in that long either. I don’t think I’ve gained, but I was starting to stress/obsess over the number so I’ve decided to take a break from it. I’m still making mindful food choices 90% of the time so all is not lost! I’ll probably dedicate myself to WW again in the Spring.
BUT I completed my 30 day step challenge at work, and the routine created good habits! I’m now working out 5 days a week and not dreading it. I’m feeling leaner and much stronger which is awesome!
My weight is the same, which surprised me because I was so sure I was going to be up. I'm bloated from too many carbs. I'm still doing really well with no sugar and eating veggies, but my workouts aren't great. I had a cold last week and the snow has made it difficult to walk much.
Question: Can anyone recommend 30ish minute workouts that I can do at home? I'm sure I can find things on Pinterest, but it's always overwhelming. Videos, lists of exercises, etc, are good. A friend is shilling her MLM program on FB, but I don't want to pay money for her workouts.
I hate MLM but I do actually like the Beachbody work outs 😬 lol. I have the 21 Day Fix DVD’s and I like doing those because they’re typically a full body workout in 30 mins. I also like my old school 30 Day Shred video!
Tone It Up is awesome. They have moved mostly off of YouTube and onto their app, but the videos still up on their channel are great. The Nike Training Centre app is good as well!

I think BB is what she does. Do you have to pay for the workouts? I hate MLM too, but she's genuinely a kind, good person and would probably be a good coach for accountability.
I just bought the DVD’s on amazon! I did a few rounds of the 21 Day Fix program last year (without the shakes) and had great success, but overall it was a bit too restrictive for me to sustain long term.
My cousin lost like 75 pounds and is now a BB coach. I’m proud of her accomplishment....but still not interested in signing up lol

I had a stomach bug and lost 6 pounds. As awful as it was, it actually motivated me to try harder to lose weight. Still doing keto and working on drinking less.
When I put my favorite pair of jeans on this morning, they definitely felt better and I'm feeling like I've lost a few inches for sure. I should take measurements for the future.
Goal is to be down another 22 lbs by July when I turn 40 and another 30 by the end of 2019.
I gave up on WW. I managed to lose 5ish pounds, but was fighting for each one. I’m just trying to hold steady at this point, but I’m not tracking or anything. I have enough other stress going on that I’m just trying to be kind to myself and slightly mindful. So I’m back up to where I started. Insert shruggy guy gif here.
I am up 2 lbs. but I’m not stressed about it. I actually ate well/healthy this week. I traveled for work and brought lots of low/zero point foods and stayed away from conference foods and desserts. It was hard but not impossible. I think the gain was just a normal fluctuation. Also, I probably grazed a bit too much and didn’t catch some of my points - it’s a good reminder that even a LITTLE bit over will show-up on the scale. Good timing for that reminder because I will be vacationing this week. I was so diligent last year and it paid off! I would really rather not come back with a gain - so #TrackerParty for me !!

I really like the Tone It Up app. I pay annually, but there’s a monthly option as well. I like the variety and being able to search by duration.
I officially joined WW today and attended my first meeting. I need to lose around 20 lbs and doing it on my own just isn’t working despite my best efforts - watching what I eat and working out.
I joined WW Saturday and am doing pretty well this week. I eat a lot of zero point foods naturally and I am struggling to see how I will lose weight. But for the moment I am committed to sticking with eating my points and seeing how the weigh on goes this a Saturday before I adjust for calories, etc I am super disappointed that I have let myself get to this point
I need a reset. I feel huge and uncomfortable and overwhelmed with it. Ideas for easy first steps? (I already: don't drink soda, exercise regularly, lift weights, don't eat dessert)
"Hello babies. Welcome to Earth. It's hot in the summer and cold in the winter. It's round and wet and crowded. On the outside, babies, you've got a hundred years here. There's only one rule that I know of, babies-"God damn it, you've got to be kind.”

WW people - do you eat your weeklies?
Yes and I steadily lost weight. It was slow but steady. I had 35 weekly points and that seemed like a LOT on top of my daily points and free foods. And many weeks I didn’t touch them. But they are really useful and important for the normal life events like holidays and parties and simple get-togethers that happen in a normal lifestyle. I was still careful with my choices, but it really taught me how to navigate those events as a LIFESTYLE because WW is NOT a diet. Plus, some days I just want more wine and that’s okay - I use my weeklies !
I'm up, but it's OK because overall I'm feeling like I'm closer to the point where I'll recommit completely. For a while there, I was feeling totally out of control with my eating. I still went to WW meetings, but I was almost rabid to eat anything I could. One round of a stomach bug and I've kind of reset, generally.
I'm also starting to really make the connection to how sugar impacts my body and my behaviors. I can read all the articles I want, but I have to see it for myself and based on the last week or so, I think I have all the evidence I should need. Now, I just have to act on that. And of course, that's the tough part.
I was up .8 this week. I am ok with it, I am still doing workouts, still making -mostly- healthy food choices. I did want a lot of sugary foods and indulged in some wine last weekend. Overall health is my goal - and I try to remind myself of that when the scale is not saying what I want. I am trying to stay on track this week. I have used some of my weeklies as we went out to dinner one night and I had some wine with dinner last night.

Good luck! Yes, I eat weeklies every week. I don't always eat all of them, but I also don't feel guilty if I do! I lost 35 lbs over about 10 months. So, it was slow, but steady.
