My weight is the same, which surprised me because I was so sure I was going to be up. I'm bloated from too many carbs. I'm still doing really well with no sugar and eating veggies, but my workouts aren't great. I had a cold last week and the snow has made it difficult to walk much.
Question: Can anyone recommend 30ish minute workouts that I can do at home? I'm sure I can find things on Pinterest, but it's always overwhelming. Videos, lists of exercises, etc, are good. A friend is shilling her MLM program on FB, but I don't want to pay money for her workouts.
I love Fitness Blender on YouTube. All the videos are free and there is a wide selection of everything from HIIT to strength to cardio and Pilates. The only equipment you need are dumbbells for the strength exercises.

I'm back! I rejoined last Sunday, so has been a week and a half and down 2 pounds. Its taking a little time to get back in the groove and remember what to eat. Its amazing how far off the wagon I had gone. I stopped track last June and 10 pounds has slowly crept back on.
Been really focusing on drinking less, really reducing added sugars and just being very mindful of what I eat.

I've been doing the Nike Training Club videos and really like them. I just started a 4 week challenge. Its an app on the phone and have been liking how it works, especially if you have an apple watch.
Others have mentioned BBM (bikini body mommy, I think). Looked up the site and its free and seems to fit your needs, but haven't tried to recommend.
Just now checking in. I'm up a couple lbs. I was doing so good and f'd up the last couple weeks. We had DDs bday party where I let myself splurge and its been downhill since. Tomorrow I weigh in and I am sure up again. But back to strict tracking. I also need to be done with pop. Once I let myself cheat my whole week goes to shit.
