Last time I bought a Jujube BFF, and I ended up selling it. I don't do well with bags that have a million tiny, precisely sized special-purpose pockets. My stuff always feels about 5-10% too large to slip into easily, and then it all goes into the cavernous middle part. I am not sure why I thought I'd be any different with diaper bags! I also didn't love the straps.
I ended up switching to just a canvas tote bag (LLBean or similar) with clutches/pouches to hold the small things. It works better for me than a dedicated "diaper" bag, and I feel like it grows with the kid a little easier. Sometimes for travel I switch the pouches into a backpack.
I've been really happy with a crossbody. It's just the right size. Holds everything I need, but not much space for things I "need" or want. It keeps the weight reasonable.
I got a Kate Spade that was kind of shoulder-bag style with DS that I liked okay but I think this time I'll get a backpack style one because I felt like it was hard to carry DS and the bag and not have it slip off my shoulder. I also need more organization, I just kinda threw everything in a jumble in the main bucket part.
With my first one I used a Little Unicorn diaper tote. With my second I used a Longchamp Large le pliage. I’ll do the same with this baby but will probably pick a new color.
I still have my Kate Spade Stevie from DS1 and while I like it, it is kind of long so i feel like I bump into things with it. Unfortunately I lost my jujube be right back and hobobe when our house flooded and I'm debating which one of them I'll replace.
I do have a jujube be classy I want to sell because it looks like a work bag and well that doesn't really go with my yoga pants SAHM style LOL
I also have the FP bag for travel, but I'm returning it because the zipper broke after 4 uses (2 flights as a carry-on, 2 trips to Disney). I think I'm going to get a Fawn backpack. A friend has one and loves it. And it'll be easier once we have 2u2.
This is the one I have. I’m excited for the backpack. I’ve had a coach one and a skip hop one with my other kids. With three kids I’ll have no hands so bring in the backpack.
My sister has one of these and loves it! I'm leaning towards getting one too because as much as love the Kate Spade diaper bag I had with AJ (I think it's the Stevie model), it does slip off my shoulder easily and would be harder to manage while wrangling a baby and chasing after a very busy 6 year old. If I don't get the Land bag it'll likely be some other type of backpack bag.

Its cute, though, hahaha.
This was pretty much me. With DS I use a kate spade shoulder-bag that also has a crossbody strap (https://www.amazon.com/Kate-Spade-New-York-Avenue/dp/B0169M0GSI). It's fine, but it's kind of a PITA when you're trying to deal with a kid too. With 2 kids I think I'll really need a backpack style.
brooklyn, I had no idea the Land bags were the new "it" bag. The price is definitely right. Maybe I'll do it too.

I had the Kate Spade Stevie last time, which seemed to be the popular choice. I hated how it always slid off my shoulder, so it mostly stayed attached to my stroller.
Land bag is definitely a much better price point! I’m only 10 days in with it, but I love how roomy it is, and that it can stand up on its own, and has a nice wide opening.
I got a Land bag. Haven't used it yet but opened it up and like the big opening. I also didn't realize they were the new thing, ha, but many of my friends have them and I got it at my Sprinkle.

Lots of JJB be right backs on ebay if you want something with more interior organization.
I like the land bag EXCEPT for the weird handles in the middle. I think they are so you can easily pick it up but why not just use the strap? Why
Thanks ladies. I'm leaning towards backpack style, I do like the FP one, not sure I'll pull the trigger yet.
We have a Skip Hop Forma, and I love it. The main pocket is pretty roomy. So I bought myself a cheap canvas pouch at the Container Store. I keep my purse essentials in the pouch so that I can easily move it from my work bag to the diaper bag. I had a slightly smaller Skip Hop backpack at first, but it was too stiff and couldn't accommodate enough stuff.

I received the fawn design diaper backpack and diaper changing clutch bag as a gift. I really like it. Good placement of pockets and nice roomy bucket style interior. It does seem a bit on the heavier side with the hardware/thickness which would be the only negative.
gastro, I actually ended up ordering it already and got it yesterday. I like it a lot, very roomy. It seems like it's really good quality. I did notice it was pretty heavy, but I think it'll be okay. I'm also a little disappointed it didn't come with a changing pad, but I guess I can get one separately.
If anyone is interested, Amazon has a few colors for less than the regular price. The pink one is only $89.99!

I like the handles for clipping it on to the stroller.

I just bought the Land bag because I cannot use the smaller backpack I was using for just DS and the monster bag we had when he was a newborn is atrocious.
That thing is amazing! It's roomy enough for: -two changes of clothes for DD and one plus a fleece zip for DS -diapers/wipes for both -DD's bottles and snacks/cup for DS -two bibs, two burpcloths -pacifiers/pacifier wipes -sunscreen and sunglasses -"tablet" toy for DS, plus any other small toys he might want to bring -my stuff
I don't go here anymore but I was browsing the boards ... we started out with a Skip Hop messenger bag and didn't really like it.
On a trip to the LL Bean store last year we bought their Deluxe Book Pack and have used it ever since. The smallest zippered compartment holds baggies for dirty diapers; the second smallest holds DD's snacks and pacifiers; then diapers, wipes and the changing pad in the third section; and the biggest section holds extra clothes, random toys/books, a small blanket and burp cloths for cleaning up when she eats, and a baggie of First Aid supplies - all with room to spare. We put her sippy cup in the outside pouch.
Hoping it'll last until DD gets big enough to use it for school. If not then I'll happily use it myself for travel.
I had the Skip Hop Signature and hated it. Too deep and narrow. So not that, ha. I'll probably go backpack style this time. Or just use on of my giant totes and call it a day.
