We own this house but don’t live in it. It had a fire a few months ago and we were given $172,000 to repair. Part of the repairs include new garage door, shingles, and siding, and possibly shutters. We are keeping the brick. Any ideas for us? I’m in Afghanistan right now so I’m doing this all long distance.
I’d say a cream or off white on the siding, garage door, etc. That will really brighten up the house. Especially if it is the type you won’t be able to paint. If you are painting, you could get more creative and go with a soft green or blue.

Thank you! It will be the non-paintable siding. Brighter would be good.
If by shingles you mean, roof shingles, I would look into a tan color to play off the lighter colors in your brick - as lighter colored shingles would absorb less heat in the summer and be more energy efficient. I'd also look into energy efficiency options for your roof as well. I agree with cream colored siding & garage door would brighten it up. If adding shutters, you could add some color there - a red or green. I'd also paint the window trim cream if you go with that for your garage door.

I'm confused about where the siding is...maybe on part of the house in the back that we can't see? That said, I think I'd look for like a creamy yellow-tan color, like the shade of the lighter bricks:

and then a red door?
Thanks for the great ideas! Yes, the siding is visible if you zoom in, it’s on the second level and on three sides of the house. The brick accent is just in front.
