I woke up to pee at 4 am and almost everything was already gone.
I got a onesie for DS2 (but will probably return unless I can find matching for DS1), beach towel, straw cup and polo for myself.
Things I really wanted include polos for H, polos for DS1, the beach cover up and some of the pullover half sips for all of us. All gone at 4am. I think they released them at 3am. So frustrating. I’m sure it’s all on eBay already.
I do need to stop at target to do some returns, but not sure if it’s worth it to go early today. I’d have to bring DS so H can mow.
I wish there was a way for them to introduce this stuff where more people could benefit. Oh well!
Ok—I took DS to Target. He was being annoying and I needed to get out of the house. They opened at 8 and I showed up at 9. 80% of the clothes was gone. Mostly just pet and home stuff left. People had baskets loaded up. It seemed like people were just taking stuff to take it. It was gross. I managed to find 2 toddler sized polos so I grabbed them. One of the associates said people were nuts. Would have loved a polo for my H but it’s ok.

I always get major FOMO when Target does these collaborations. I woke up at 3:00 am and got a pullover for DS, a t-shirt, and a hat. I had a navy blue pullover in my cart, but it was out of stock when I checked out.
And people are already selling stuff on FB BST for twice the price. People suck.
And people who pay twice the price are crazy. It’s still Target quality clothes at the end of the day.
That’s so ridiculous that people are doing that! When I told MH he asked my why I don’t just buy the actual Vineyard Vines clothing bc it will be better quality.
For me that’s fine but BB is 3 and so I’d rather not spend that on her clothes. Hah.

It’s so crazy. And just immoral IMO. They do this so people can experience it at a lower price point and it’s kind of pointless if you’re going to hoard it and sell it for twice the price.
I thought the quality seemed pretty good, but I agree I primarily love it for DS. I may actually return the polo I got in my size. I don’t really wear polos. Are they still in style for women? I would have preferred a half zip pullover. Oh well! The polos for DS seem nice though.
I was able to get a couple of shirts for the kids though neither were what I would have picked if given a choice. We live nearish to a VV outlet so I wasn’t too motivated on this one. I was kinda shocked I was able to get anything considering I logged in at 8 am.
I wish Target would release the stock in phases so it’s not instant disappointment for normal people. And obviously put a limit on in-person purchases.
My Target had tons of housewares left over around noon, but almost all of the clothing was sold out. I wound up buying the beach blanket because we need a new one for our next vacation. The quality seems solid, though it was still more than I paid for a comparable size/quality blanket at Target three years ago.
I bought a shirt for DS and a set of coasters, but my store was out of almost everything when I went in around 1:00. I may go back tomorrow and see if they still have a beach blanket or toys left, since we don't live near the beach but will be there next week.

I stopped by Target Sunday afternoon and got a few home decor things (not much left). I got a candle, the nice coaster set, 2 disposable coaster sets (1 is a gift) and the wooden sign as part of DH bday gift that I want us to hang on our back porch, haha.
Ugh, of course everything is sold out online. I am so mad that I didn't place an order Saturday morning around 8:30, there were still several clothing items left!! But I was in a hurry to get DS to a bday party so I didn't want to rush myself & overspend. Oh well.
I’m just wandering target while my dd is at preschool. I’m surprised how much stuff they still have. Lots of clothes and I swear the baby stuff hasn’t been touched. Maybe it’s just not as popular since we are on the west coast.
