Monday - cheeseburgers with grilled onions and mushrooms Tuesday. Lemon grilled salmon with veggies Wednesday. Balsamic grilled chicken breasts with cauliflower Thursday and beyond no clue. Dh will be out of town so it’s me and the boys and I’m sticking to no grains/dairy during the week so maybe eggs and breakfast for dinner?
Monday - Grits and sausage (these did not turn out well) Tuesday - Boxed macaroni and vegetables (DS has cub scouts) Wednesday - DH out of town, we are having GF pasta because the kids love pasta Thursday - Turkey burgers with oven fries and veggies Friday - Slow cooker chicken with stuffing and green beans, I bought a box of GF stuffing, will have to see how it goes
