I'm looking for a new game to take to the beach. We play a bunch of different games with regular cards. We used to play Cards Against Humanity but everyone is pretty burnt out on that. We have been playing Code Names our last few get togethers. We usually play some spot it and I also recently purchased These Cards Will Get You Drunk but we haven't played it yet. Any other suggestions for fun games?
We always have lots of participation (and fun) when we play Left Center Right, Kwizniac, and Win, Lose, or Draw. These all seem to be good for both drinking and non-drinking people.

Telestrations or Telestrations after dark (this one can get a bit wild). There is a new version in the works that will be a lot of fun to play but that pesky NDA keeps me from saying what it is.
Late to the party, but I am super jealous. I absolutely love games. DH could care less and so could my kids. We tried to play Sorry tonight and it was a disaster. I don't really have friends who play either. SAD!

DD lives for Sorry.
Fun fact: there are at least 3 sets of official rules for sorry depending on when you bought it. It’s a PITA.
If it's just 4 people, Tichu is our absolute favorite game.
My good friend is an avid gamer. Like he owns probably 500+ games and goes to a meet up at a store each week. He introduces us to new games a lot. Ones I really like are 6 nimmit No thank you Farkle

I prefer quick games, that don't require tons of concentration. It sounds stupid, but we like playing Apples to Apples with the kids at breweries and wineries. It always sparks some fun discussions and I think it would be fun for just adults, too, and doesn't preclude other conversation. LCR, as previously mentioned. We used to have one called Man Bites Dog that was fun and Spy Alley Travel Dice game (sort of like a quick version of Clue). Timeline is good too, if there is a topic available that people you know are interested in.
