1. How far along are you? 17w5d
2. Pregnancy-related AW/vents/randoms for the week? I have felt a few definite taps/bubbles, so I do feel a little better about some movement. I’ve also gotten the HB on the Doppler a couple of times recently. Idk why I’m so anxious about this pregnancy. I still feel so disconnected? In disbelief? I wanted the third for so long and now I just feel like it’s not going to actually happen.
3. Questions for the group?
4. What are your favourite summer activities? (Can be things you enjoy when not pregnant as well) Floating in the lake and drinking. Whomp whomp. I’ve still gotten a lot of floating in this year though 🤣 I love having my kids older now and able to run around outside alone, and be confident in swimming and jumping into our neighbors’ pools alone. It’s amazing being more hands off. The next few years are going to be rough again. LOL

I think I passed my glucose test! Because of my weight loss surgery, they let me do a fasting glucose, go eat and come back in 2 hours. My number actually went down a few points for the second draw, and I’m well within the range listed on the online portal. So I’m gonna say I passed...I was so worried I’d fail.
psychmom, I had horrible PPD with my first and also had psychosis where I was fully checked out for the first 7 months of my son's life. I had a lot of life altering changes going on on top of PPD which I think caused the psychosis. With my second son I didn't have any of it. The closest I had was D-Mer where I got this feeling of doom when my milk first let down but then it's gone instantly. I don't usually start to connect with my pregnancies until closer to the end of the second trimester or when they start moving more consistently.

Thank you for sharing. I'm sorry you had difficulties with your first but it's nice to know it's not a definite thing for each pregnancy.
red , I started bleeding from my rectum last night so I got seen for it. I was told to take Colace to see if that helps improve things and to continue using the tucks pads or Prep H to help them heal. We'll see. If it doesn't improve they'll give me something stronger.
Ouch! I hope the treatments work for you, I am sorry you are going through this.
2. Pregnancy-related AW/vents/randoms for the week? I’ve gained very little weight which has been awesome - up until a couple weeks ago! Hoping this was just a “catch up” growth spurt and not indicative of how much I’ll gain in third tri 😳
3. Questions for the group? How was your weight gain? Steady throughout the pregnancy or in fits and spurts?
4. What are your favourite summer activities? (Can be things you enjoy when not pregnant as well). Wine tasting/going to breweries, going to the lake (only a month left and then we spend a week there), late evening walks when it cools down. I am still enjoying the walks!
