I am currently 32w with #4. This one has been breech pretty much the whole time (I am high risk so I have lots of US). I’ve never had a CS before and I’m terrified of having one. If your baby was breech but flipped, was there anything you did that made that happen? Or any positive CS stories after having multiple vag births?
Look up spinning babies for Breech. My doula talked a lot about this and also gave me techniques to use to dump him out of my pelvis to keep from putting so much pressure on my cervix. There are several techniques used to help turn babies leading up to the due date to prevent c-sections. In the end healthy baby is most important but it's worth a shot if you are trying to avoid it.

I don't go here, but my second was breech almost the entire time as well, he flipped on his own probably around the 32/33 week mark. He ended up being delivered sunny side up, which wasn't fun during labor, but it was a vaginal birth with minimal tearing like my first. I have heard good things about spinning babies as well, and I think acupuncture to get them to flip.
Lurker here- I had an unexpected c-section last week after having a vaginal delivery with my first. It really wasn’t that bad, and the recovery has actually been much better than last time. The worst part was the spinal- it hurt worse than the epidural but it was tolerable. Speak up if you’re feeling nauseous. Zofran made all the difference. It’s scary but you can do it!!!
I just had my third last month. She was complete breech the entire time but flipped sometime between 35 and 36. I didn’t do anything special. I hope your lo flips!
My first was breech, so I ended up having two c sections.
Both were easy, honestly. The first I ended up too loopy and drugged out from the pain meds. I did a lot of walking from the NICU to my room and back the first few days. Overall I would say I had an average recovery initially, but felt almost 100% by two weeks PP.
Second they had a new drug cocktail to avoid so many pain meds. Good news, it worked. Bad news, I vomited a few hours post OP. But it allowed be a faster initial recovery. It took longer to be fully healed this time, but I blame the toddler.
I dont have experience with a vaginal delivery to compare to, but my c sections were a positive experience for me.
I had an easy vaginal delivery with my daughter, and then had twins earlier this year via section, because Baby B was breech. The c section was a breeze, and I loved that I didn't have to labor. Hardest thing was getting comfortable when I got home- the couch was easier for me to get on/off of all night long than my bed.

I'm a FTM and am currently almost 34 weeks and baby is still breech here as well. I've heard good things about chiropractic care to help get baby to flip - Webster method I believe. I have an appointment on Tuesday and am hoping for the best. I too am terrified of having a c-section, but am constantly reminding myself that as long as I get to bring my sweet little boy home, that's the ultimate goal.
Mostly, I just want to say good luck! And I totally understand your worries. I've had my hopes set on as med-free as possible birth which is a total 180 vs a c-section and it scares me a lot.
