Also, I’m looking for a reward to give to students who pass tests, improve grades, and have good or improving attendance. We had a guest speaker this week teach us that our best rewards should be tangible and walkable such as a ribbon, necklace, or button. Does anyone have any ideas? I’ve thought paper crowns, glow sticks, etc and can’t decide. Another guest speaker mentioned this same idea a few years ago and used Mardi Gras bead necklaces at his school, but I think that could go south pretty quickly. I love the idea though. Simple, cheap, effective. Please let me know your tangible rewards!
I'm trying to send you some band-aids, but there's no address listed. Could you confirm whether you're seeing it, and if you can't, feel free to PM me where I should send it?
Did that fix it? If not, I’ll PM you tonight. Thank you!

Here is mine. I teach students with dyslexia in a Title 1 school in an underfunded urban district. My kids start so deep in the hole. You guys have been so incredibly generous in the past, I truly appreciate anything.
The things on this wishlist represent my goals to diversify my classroom library, provide healthy(ish) snacks, supplies desperately needed (specific to dyslexia or general classroom), and brighten our environment, and increase my knowledge base. Used condition is fine for anything!!!
I am SO close to getting my most recent Donors Choose project funded. If anyone with Verizon would be willing to donate their $10 to me, I would really appreciate it. We are in need of this traveling sound system for a project I want to do this year. Thank you! It’s a match day so all donations will be matched as well including the Verizon donation.
The information for Verizon is below along with my project link.
Does anyone have Verizon that can help me out with this? There is a FREE $10 reward you can claim to support teachers with Donors Choose projects. if you have one, two, or more lines you can claim it on each phone through the app.
You must claim by August 31st!
Please go to Verizon app. Login and go to Verizon Up rewards and scroll down to the free rewards to claim....no credits needed!)
Bumping this post so I can find it later. Also to echo Jala's point, most northeast schools don't start until a week before labor day.
ETA: I remember last year there was someone who asked for donations of new underwear and feminine products to provide to girls who don't have them or have accidents at school. Is that poster still around? If so can they PM me their wishlist should they be looking for those donations again this year?
I think you are referring to me. My list is posted on the first page, but I’ll add it here too. I’m a school nurse and the rules for my small budget don’t allow me to buy clothing, snacks or a lot of other things that aren’t “necessary”.

OMG thank you sooooooo much to someone who purchased both big bags of super cute student rewards!!! I can not wait to make positive office referrals a thing!!! Eek I'm so excited!! Thank you thank you thank you!!
This is not mine, but it is our school librarian who gets ZERO dollars of funding... Any help is appreciated. We have 700+ students and she gets $0 of a budget. She makes nothing and puts every penny back into the library. She's amazing.
Hi! I sent some tambourines and that cute welcome sign. I wanted to let you know because Amazon didn’t allow me to add a gift note on your order for some reason. Also it said the tambourines won’t arrive until some time in September, just as an FYI. Have a great school year!

Awesome thank you so much. I think I donated last year too. I can't imagine having an accident and not having supplies or something to change into. I still have embarassment from middle school.
ETA I'm going to go broke, but I appreciate ya'll picking cheaper items. Trying to randomly pick a few smaller items so I can help more people. I'm sorry it's not more, but hopefully a little to everyone goes a long way.
ETA part deux, I used the wait to ship and get a $1 digitial credit, so I hope that doesn't screw anyone up. One of the posters asking for multi packs of granola bars had a 15% off coupon at check out if anyone else wants to fill that.

Poppy Thank you so much for the Leapfrog Scribble and Write! We have had one that used to belong to my kids for the past few years and all the kids really want to use it! Thank you!!!
Also, while today was my first day of school, I recognize that others don't start for another month. But please post your lists too! I can't donate right at this second because I don't get a full paycheck til September, but I plan to help fellow teachers next month from lists that get posted.
Thanks to everyone for their support of teachers and educational staff!
I am an ESL teacher at two elementary schools. One school has a very large ESL population with kids who speak many languages. Our top languages there are Arabic, Spanish, and Tagalog. The other school has a smaller ESL population but I have a lot of newcomers there. Actually, both schools have a good number of newcomers as the nearby neighborhood is one of the more affordable neighborhoods in our city. I am posting my wish list in case anyone would like to donate.
Hi I sent you something today it’s due thurs lmk if it doesn’t arrive ok! Thanks for what you do it’s a tough gig! I’m a para in a moderate to severe class. Hard stuff!
Oh my gosh! Thank you so much <3 I think the paras I work with are the hardest workers on our campus! I love them and would be truly lost without them. Thank YOU for everything you do!
I'm late, but here's mine. I'm an adapted physical education teacher and teach primarily at an integrated preschool. Thank you to everyone for supporting the teachers on this board!

Today I gave a pink unicorn squishy to a kindergartener who fell off the monkey bars and may have broken her wrist (haven’t heard back from her mom yet). She was so happy to get it and it took her mind off the pain. Yesterday I gave one to a different kindergartener who had a tough morning then turned it around. He was thrilled! Thank you again. ❤️❤️❤️
