Helix. We’ve had it almost 3 years and love it. Their return policy is really easy too. We weren’t happy with the first one (we did a separate firmness level on each side and DH didn’t like the firmness he chose) but they easily exchanged it.
Zinus. Online and cheap so you can replace it if you do not like it, but I think you will love it. (Follow all directions for setup and never remove the cover!) Ours is a year old now and still awesome. Buy from them direct, not amazon. $250 for queen.

I have a king size Casper and I paid $1000 (875 Euros) for it. I don’t have a box spring, but rather slats for my bed. After awhile it started being uncomfortable because the slats were moving around. I got better slats and it is good as new. It really made a difference.

We have the cooling memory foam Simmons Beautyrest Black. We got it on sale, it's normally super expensive (~4k), but it's amazing and worth every penny.
Serta iComfort. They had 4 different firmness types and we got the second most expensive one. I can’t remember what it was called. The salesman compared it to a Tempurpedic. We also got an adjustable base. I think the mattress itself was around $1500.
H and I tend to be extremely hot when we sleep, so not waking up covered in sweat has been quite nice. I love the way it looks and it's just super supportive

Nectar king size $800 on a sale weekend, that included 2 pillows. I was having horrible back pain on our (only) 4 year old regular spring mattress and my pain is gone. I love this bed. They also have a 365 day return policy, so try it for a year to make sure you like it.

We have had this one for a week. So far, I’m very happy with it. We were sleeping on a 13 year old mattress and I woke every day with back aches - they are gone completely. Definitely sleeping cooler as well.
We have the Casper from Costco. It was like $800 for a king-sized mattress.
H loved it from the beginning, it took me some time to adjust to a foam mattress. It was too firm for me at first, but we added a 2" memory foam topper and it's perfect. There is zero motion transfer, which I love. I hear others complain about the lack of bounce during sex, but it hasn't been an issue for us.
Initially, we had it on a Zinus platform frame, but it squeaked and wobbled. We returned it and built our own wood platform frame and love it.
Purple. We wanted a cooling mattress and it's so comfy. We've had it for over a year now. purple.com/mattresses/purple-mattress/buy We paid $1599 for a Queen in the 2nd generation (Purple.2).
I have a Dreamcloud Mattress. It is divine. But this is only good if you like a really soft mattress. I thought that maybe it would be too soft at first, but I quickly fell in love with it. They have a 1 year return policy too, so that is nice.
