Hormone Replacement Therapy & Bio Identical Hormones

Has anyone had any experience with HRT and/or Bio-identical Hormones?  I have finally moved into Menopause and now looking at the HRT's and Bio's.  I was just curious on what people's experience was with these choices.  My NP recommends the BioTE capsule that is injected and lasts for three months.  Insurance says Nope.
