Anyone want to give feedback on my ADR plan? My window opens Tuesday. This is our second trip to WDW (first was 2 years ago). It will be me and DH, DS1 (6) and DS2 (3), and my parents. We are staying at BLT.
Sunday (Arrival Day) Hollywood Studios SciFi Dine-in dinner
Tuesday Epcot PPO breakfast at Garden Grill (we did this last time and all loved it)
Wednesday Magic Kingdom BOG lunch and Hoop de Doo dinner
Thursday Animal Kingdom Tusker House lunch (but maybe we should try for PPO breakfast instead)
Friday Hollywood Studios hop to Epcot for Biergarten dinner
I'm a little iffy on doing HS for our arrival day, but I'm worried about trying to do SWGE and Toy Story land in the same day, especially if they start doing FP for SWGE. Otherwise I'd probably do MK or Epcot that day.

If they open FPs for GE I doubt you will be able to get one for day 1 of your trip. Obviously we don’t know how that would impact Slinky Dog put I would not expect to get that on Day 1 either.
Since you are staying at BLT I would probably try to do MK on arrival day.
It also seems like too many character meals to me. I would try Yak and Yeti instead of TH if you want a TS meal.
I would potentially drop the Hoop de doo dinner and go to HS in the evening so you have more time there.
Wait, are you paying for park hoppers only to hop once, to Biergarten? Are you on the dining plan? I would say skip Biergarten and do something in HS again, b/c it would be a huge pain to switch parks just for dinner, and you may easily have more you want to do at HS. Or move Biergarten to the Epcot day for dinner, and then just do quick service at HS on the last night.
I thought we might hop somewhere else on our 1st MK day after lunch since it is EMH.
My dad is super into the idea of the hoppers but had no specific suggestions for using them. It's going to be really crowded and my kids are little-ish so I'm not sure how to use them best.
I've only been once, but we started planning on hoppers and then in the end didn't get them/didn't miss them. We didn't understand how it really makes a lot of sense to hop with little kids. Takes too much time and hassle. My kids are 4, 6, 8 and 10.
Then again, you are staying closer, and that might make a big difference. We were at AoA. But they add a lot of cost, too. I would really think about whether you would use the hoppers. I just ended up not seeing the value.
My dad really seems to think we need them and he's paying. I'm definitely open to suggestions for making good use of them but I just can't see us using them every day.

We always get hoppers. Sometimes we use them more than others. Staying at BLT it is easy to pop into MK for a few hours. Do you plan to come back to the resort to take a break or do you plan to be in the parks all day? Will you ever split up?
Sometimes we will leave the evening open then decide day of it we want to go to a park or just stay at the resort.
I am not sure about powering through the day vs mid day break. I don't know if DS2 will be willing to nap in the stroller or alternatively skip nap altogether. I'm assuming we won't do a break on AK day which is why I want TS for lunch or breakfast. We can just bail whenever the kids are over it. The rest of the days we can play by ear or see how FPs go. We'll do a midday break for sure on whatever day we plan on fireworks.
Oh, he's paying? Then by all means get the hoppers if he wants them! Definitely might come in handy, and if he wants them, great. Gives you more flexibility. When we went, I was paying a huge uncharge for us to get hoppers and realized it just wasn't worth it for our family.

We got hoppers bc we are planning on mid day breaks. So it will be just as easy/difficult to go to a different park as it will be to go back to the first park. But my girls are both under 3 so we only have to pay for H and me.
