This might go into next week. I didn’t plan on the pizza but H wants that tonight.
DH wants chicken spaghetti tonight, so chicken spaghetti it is. I need to cook this week, but I’m kind of at a loss. I’m thinking:
Turkey tacos Spaghetti with turkey sauce Lemon pepper chicken with broccoli and rice Something delivered because it’s volleyball on Thursday Pizza and salad

I meal prepped like crazy today. Feels so good!
Made scrambled eggs with veggies to have for breakfast all week.
Sunday - Pulled pork, coleslaw, cornbread Monday - Out to dinner with friends Tuesday - Spaghetti squash with spinach, bacon, and goat cheese (prepped that today) Wednesday - Chicken sausages and veggies Thursday - Leftovers Friday - date night Saturday - TBD

Salads & fruit/cheese/deli meat/vegetable plates for the non-lettuce eating Orange chicken, rice, Brussels sprouts CFA before swim class Either leftovers or something quick I can leave for my dad to heat/cook TBD. Roast chicken, potatoes, carrots

Tonight: Pizza with cheese sticks Tuesday: Broccoli and cheese soup with cooked carrots Wednesday: Veggie tacos and Spanish rice Thursday: Stuffed squash Friday: Breakfast casserole for dinner (with leftovers for breakfast and lunch for a couple of days! score!) Saturday: Baked potatoes from the farmer's market with cheese, butter, and green onions Sunday: Veggie lasagna with peas, carrots, and squash
divanerd, I like to cook too. I just wish I didn't have to always come up with what to cook. Now I despise doing dishes and am slowly having DD take over the unloading of the dishwasher.
Sunday: Crock pot pork chops, oven roasted potatoes, veggie Monday: Homemade hamburger helper, mac & cheese (for DD), veggie Tuesday: Tacos, veggie Wednesday: breakfast for dinner Thursday: leftovers or spaghetti and veggie Friday: TBD Saturday: out with DS's baseball team after the scrimmage
(I buy big bags of frozen veggies at Costco and pick one each night to make with dinner.)
