Agreeing with most here that I'd step in and voice my thoughts.
DD was born at less than 6lbs and was a slow gainer to begin with, but once we got the shallow latch taken care of she started gaining faster (around 2-3w). My pediatrician gave us time and helped us, so I trusted him, but I was definitely trying to do all I could to now formula feed. Looking back it was stupid. I had to go in for a lot of extra weighings because she gained so slowly.
And yes, if she wasn't originally doing 2hrs from start of feeding to start of feeding that baby wasn't getting it often enough. Man, I remember starting a feed at noon, finishing it around 1 and then starting another feed at 2. It was so hard.
That is a big drop in percentages. My baby started out at 3% so I’m not alarmed at being in the 46%, but the drop off the growth curve.
It sounds like she will see pedi again on Wednesday and hopefully that will clear up some things. I would try to get her to see the LC again as well.
What she can do is weigh baby, then feed baby then weigh baby again. This way she can see how much milk baby is getting at each feeding. Since they told her to pump my guess is that baby is only transferring 1-2 ounces and that’s why they want her to pump and supplement with the pumped milk. If she does that then baby should be gaining. So she might not be hitting that right number of ounces or perhaps baby has another issue? But weighing and keeping track at every feeding will tell you all exactly how much she is getting. That can be shown to the doctor and LC.
However i’ve been there and I will tell you that feeding and then pumping several times a day is very very very difficult. My baby never did learn how to latch well and transfer milk well so eventually I did have to move on. My 2nd latched like a champ so it can truly be baby specific.
I am sure her LC told her this but try to keep baby awake with a wet washcloth.Nothing could make my baby latch and transfer milk well in the end, but the Kellymom website has a ton of information on it about breastfeeding.
Being on estrogen birth control killed my supply. Next time my doctor put me in the progesterone one and also a good calcium supplement.

I had success limiting the length of feedings (but not quantity. I still feed 8-12 times per day). With my first we eventually limited feedings to 10 minutes per side. It was only at that point that he started gaining weight. Now my second kid we only feed 5 minutes per side and he is downright CHUNKY compared to my first (25 percentile vs 4 percentile.). Sometimes less is more!
