We have coffee, tea, hot chocolate, filtered water, fresh fruit delivered weekly, free bags of popcorn, pretzles and 3 different kinds of crackers. We also have a gym with a trainer that you can book a 30 minute session with. That is a great perk, but I don't use it because I figured out that I don't want to shower at my office and the neighborhood where my office is located is sketchy, so I don't like working out at night and potentially being the last one to leave the building.
Our lunch room has board games, although I've never played them.
Sodas are 25 cents, other snacks are 50 cents including yogurt, hummus and pretzle chips, candy, other chips...
I work for a restaurant company and we get a dining card that can be used for food and nonalcoholic beverages at all our restaurants.
If we didn't have the snacks I would notice, I think. I'm glad I have the dining card if only because people always assume I get free food so it's good to actually have it so I can treat people sometimes.
We have free fancy coffee/espresso/hot chocolate machines in the kitchen. Also have free soda and filtered water. For snacks we have an in-house convenience store that sells snacks and frozen meals, sandwiches, etc. Our cards get loaded once a month to get free food from there. It's right in the lunch room.
Game room includes Xbox, ping pong, shuffleboard, Pac Man, cable TV.
Work out room includes a bunch of stuff like free weights and yoga mats, that sort of thing. Not actual equipment. But we have super discounted memberships and reimbursement to the gym next door so we don't really need more on site.
Every Friday the happy hour cart goes around with free drinks (alcoholic and non) and snacks/candy for all employees.
Beyond the obvious perks like that, we have a ton of other benefits/perks that our employees can take advantage of. We've won a bunch of awards for being a best place to work over the last few years.
ETA - I think the only major "perk" we don't offer is paid maternity/paternity leave. We just have regular STD for that. Otherwise we check every box on every application for the best places to work for awards. (I fill them out)
We get Folgers coffee, Lipton tea bags, and hot chocolate packets, and bottled water if you know where to find the bottled water. That’s it. But having come from the federal government I was THRILLED with free coffee. We also end up having quite a few meals catered in. It’s nice when you’re meeting through lunch that they feed you most of the time.
We have workout facilities. I’ve never been there because I refuse to shower and dry my hair during the work day. We also have walking/jogging paths that are nice. When we lived close, we did use those.
We have a water filter, generic coffee (I don't drink coffee, but I can tell from the smell it's no good), Lipton tea bags, and hot cocoa. Vending machine for sodas and some snacks (not subsidized). As an extra grump, we don't have paper cups (good for the environment, I guess) or a supply of reusuable mugs, so you bring yours from home and can't offer anything to clients. We get bagels once a month and that is a big deal around these parts.

We have places to buy lunch and coffee on site. A walking path, picture a painted line meandering through parking lot and industrial equipment, and a few “you work at this large company” discount programs. It’s not fancy but we are paid well with a generous 401k match and a random stock benefit. Also we work a non-traditional schedule that suits me well.
I work for money. I can use the money to buy coffee and a gym membership. 😉
The only corporate benefit I’ve ever really lusted after was an on-site daycare. A friend’s employer had a wonderful one and I was jealous.
rere my Dad always worked for the government and I was amused that he had to put in money if he wanted to use the water cooler.
We have a kitchen with filtered water, sodas and other drinks, coffee, tea, breakfast foods like bagels and cereal and lots of snacks. The fridge has hummus and veggies, cheese, yogurts, etc. Plus fruit. I currently have 3 little boxes of Apple Jacks to bring home for my kids. Well-stocked candy bowl at reception. At least once a week someone brings in donuts or fancy cookies or something. For whatever reason we are way better stocked than our firm's Boston office. They get nothing. (95 people there, 55 here)
We have showers in the building. Located in a nice climate and next to the office is a walking path with ocean views, so a lot of people run and then shower here. I have been meaning for like a year to write a proposal for the office to buy a Peloton bike, because co-CEO said he'd consider it. I need to get on that.
We do regular team-building stuff (pumpkin decorating contest, summer photo contest, anyone who donates to Veterans Day drive gets entered in a raffle) and the prizes are often gift cards. We have a happy hour on our patio every few months with adult beverages supplied by the firm.

I used to work for a public college and we got....nothing. We were allowed to use the Keurig, but had to bring our own pods, creamer, sugar, etc. There were supplies in the office to offer to make coffee/tea for off-campus guests.
Perkwise, the business manager used to let people who volunteered for graduation (I was at one of the rural, branch campuses) take home one of the floral decorations since it was near/on Mother's Day. He figured if we were a mother we'd keep it and otherwise we knew a mother to gift it to. That and we'd usually get a piece of cake after graduation was over if we volunteered.
When I worked at the main campus I wish we had free/discounted parking (we paid basically full rate to park on campus and there is really no legal off campus parking) and a discount to the rec center.

I work for the Federal government, so we get nothing, not even coffee. I do get 3 hours per week to work out on the clock. There is a gym I have access to, but I would have to drive to a work location that I do not care to visit. WFH has been the best perk of my new job so far. When I was a Federal LEO, there was zero chance of working from home due to my job duties.

Oh yeah my huband works for the federal government and the water in his building is LITERALLY not drinkable. He somehow got put in charge of the coffee and ozarka fund. Basicaly all the employees put in to pay for it. I think since he's in charge of it we end up paying a larger share b/c sometimes people don't pay and he buys the water and coffee anyway.
mommyatty , I decided after a kid or two that I could either be really clean or in decent shape, but not both. So I still exercise a lot but only shower from the neck down. Only if it's a super duper hard workout do I wash my face a little bit. No one notices (to my knowledge) that my hair and makeup are no longer perfect after lunchtime workouts. My routine is usually that I exercise, then drive to pick up lunch, then shower - so by the time I've picked up lunch, I've cooled off enough to not return to the office sweating or red-faced.

We have lots of drinks and snacks. Dh and I were just talking about how out of college it was amazing. Now I rarely get any of it but dh said he still enjoys it.
I’d like free parking, weekly lunches, and other things they would never go for. I’d also like a real espresso machine with the good stuff (mocha, Carmel, etc). Not the crappy machine we have.
We recently did an acqusition and the new employees (including a few at the C-level) are grumbly about our lack of snacks. I've been here long enough that I wasn't even sure what one of them was complaining about.
I'm in Silicon Valley, so the employee perks at some companies are obscene. I am not at one of those companies obviously.

Also the game rooms or beer on tap would make me angry because others would waste time and then get credit for staying late when I bust my butt to go home and do the second shift with kids. At first sight they seem great, but I’ve been around enough to see how it really works and am not in favor. Get off my lawn! Haha
I’m at a tech company in the mid-west and I feel like we are trying to be like those west coast tech companies. Perks: free soda, multiple water fountain units, Starbucks machine with 3 blends to choose from, beer fridge, snack wall, catered lunches, competitions with prizes (food and money), on-site gym (showers, too), on-site yoga once a week, ability to volunteer for 2.5 days and get paid for it, company match for charitable donations up to $200 per employee, and an obscene holiday party.
Those are great perks and when I drank soda I really loved the soda machine.
I’m in public, K-12 education. No snacks or major food perks, although we do get free coffee and sweet tea (iced). Although my own kid doesn’t go to my school, in theory I think I could have the chance to request my child’s teacher each year if she did attend, which I guess counts as a benefit.
DH works at a private university. The best benefit he will get is participation in the tuition exchange for free tuition for our kids at a number of member schools (over 600 to choose from). After that, they also have a Child Development Center for faculty and staff kids. It’s not free, but enrollment is nearly guaranteed for employee kids, and it’s a very high-quality program. DD went for one year and DS will go for two.
I have free coffee and tea but they recently changed the machine and I am not impressed.
I get ridiculously discounted health care and personal care products at a little employee store and online- but I don’t use a ton of our products 🤷🏻♀️
For all donations to 501 orgs, I get a 2:1 match which is really awesome.
Onsite gym that I don’t use...craft activities that I don’t do....
When I first started at my current company, there was a Foosball table and ping pong that you could use at any time. The company provided snacks and a stocked pop fridge. Before I started, there was a beer fridge too. The company liked to do a lot of team building (both on and off site, like bowling and a lunch time cruise). Parking is also paid for. We also had unlimited PTO and I could work from home whenever I needed to. My favorite perk was 100% pay for short term disability and 6 weeks of paid parental leave to use until the baby turns 1. After I had DS2, I took 10 weeks off, followed by 2 weeks of part time (24 hrs/week). To use the rest, I worked 4 days/week, which lasted until DS2 turned 1.
We were downsized from 65+ to 8 and acquired by a new company. Now we get nothing. No more snacks or drinks, unlimited PTO, or other activities. We do go out for lunch on the company every so often.

I work for a non-profit. We get:
iPads ~50 hrs/year when the office closes and we get paid w/o having to take PTO Including the office closures, I get 61 days PTO and there are ways to "earn" extra days all the time. Free legal services from the other depts (real estate closings, matrimonials, immigration) Plus the usual coffee, hot chocolate, the occasional lunch We get treated to sporting events sometimes for bonding CLEs and bar fees are paid for $600 reimbursement for cell phones
The concept of a beer fridge at work blows my mind. Are there people that abuse it and drink too much?
Ours is not open 24/7. It's locked up and you can only have beer during the weekly happy hour cart time or during lunches/events when we roll it out. Which happens frequently, like once a month or so. I think most people understand that the expectation is that you're not stupid about it. We run into way more issues with open bar at things like the holiday party or the annual company vacation trip. In the office people keep it fairly buttoned up.

DH used to consult at his current company in 2012 and there were open bars in every department. They have since been removed. I'm making a wild assumption as to why.
I work in tech. These perks aren't the same at every office we have, but this is what we have in my engineering office.
All free...
- On-site catering for breakfast & lunch with plentiful options. Very high quality. Deli open til 6. - Ability to have guests for meals - Baristas - Juice/Smoothie bar - Stocked fridges on every floor with variety of beverages & snacks - Kegs & wine (though they only get refilled monthly now) - Regular swag give aways (tshirts, etc) - Monthly on-site happy hours - New computer every 2 years - On-site gym - On-site gym classes a few times a week - Open PTO (and encouraged to use it) - Game room where the coffee shop is (ping pong, pool, shuffle board, video games) - Music rooms (filled with instruments & sound proofed) + company rock band - $$ Lyft credits per month to get to work - Generous prof development $$ each year
Honestly, there's nothing I wished I had other than more plentiful parking at my particular office so I could have friends park here for lunch. Right now parking is a problem.
