Investigators are trying to determine whether the unidentified "-1" phone number in the impeachment report belongs to Trump, according to Schiff. If so, the calls with Giuliani could be further evidence of Trump's direct involvement.
House investigators suspect the number may belong to Trump in part because of phone records used as evidence in the criminal case against Roger Stone, NYT reports. Stone, who talked directly to Trump, received a call from a number listed as -1, the records from his trial show.

This also discusses it as part of the report released today, specifically under “call records” section.
Things that make you go, hhhhmmmmmm!
Fox is coming hard with the “How do we know it was NUNES on Nunes’s phone?! We DON’T.” Dundundunnn. Fox "legal analyst" Gregg Jarrett says that maybe Devin Nunes did *not* have calls with with Giuliani, the White House, and Lev Parnas, because it could've been "somebody else" using Nunes' phone, "we just don't know."

Nancy Pelosi will make an announcement on the “the status of the House of Representatives’ impeachment inquiry at 9 AM EST this morning. She's doing a CNN town hall tonight where she'll field questions!

She sounds sick...or tired :-(
Update: proceeding with articles of impeachment.
I'm sure she's exhausted. I've been watching this from my couch and I'm freaking tired!

Also, no matter what you think of Speaker Pelosi, the woman has devoted her entire life to public service. Impeaching a President for actively working with a foreign government to undermine our elections and then watching her colleagues tap dance for him as if this isn't a constitutional crisis has probably made her weary and disgusted. I mean, it made Schiff cry.
Honest question: does the GOP not care about asking Ukraine for the announcement/investigations?
So, if a Dem were to do that right now with say, Germany, is that ok?
I haven’t really seen much substance from GOP, just “how did the whistleblower get this info?”, “who is it?”, “the impeachment is unfair/too fast/too partisan”. But have they ever actually addressed the charges or disputed the facts as they’ve been presented?

So since trump is likely not to be removed from office, was there any thought to wait to do impeachment after 2020 election if he were to be re-elected? Is there a chance Dems are going to get more senate seats in 2020?
I’m just wondering do the Dems really think this is going to help them during an election year?

I think it will. From what I’ve been reading 2020 was going to be a vulnerable year for the GOP for senate based on who is up for reelection. So being able to go to particularly vulnerable states and let people know that their senator was failing to do their constitutionally mandated job of being a check on a criminal President should help get democrats to the polls. While it may also piss off republicans, they’re known to be more disciplined and lock step about voting no matter what, especially in states where voter suppression is rampant and designed to make it easy for rich white people to vote and hard for anyone else.

I wonder if they're worried about potentially losing the House in 2020 (Someone more knowledgeable feel free to chime in on this). Obviously if that happened, impeachment wouldn't go anywhere even if they did win the Senate. Plus, didn't Pelosi promise to hand over the speakership after 2020? A majority in the House under Pelosi's leadership and a slim R majority in the Senate may be their best bet.
I don't know how much impeachment will help or hurt Dems in 2020, but there's just no good way for them to hold off for 11 months. They can't just slow-walk it for that long - it will dominate all other issues and Dems really need to be connecting with voters on the issues. I can't imagine that tabling it until after elections would go well either - that would make it look more politicized, and would only fuel further obstruction.

I think ultimately this helps them, even if the senate doesn’t remove. The more public his crimes become, and pathetically his GOP senators defend him, the more peripherally tuned in R’s/“moderate” republicans will be irritated. I don’t expect R’s to vote for a democrat, but this could very well make them just not vote at all. My MIL (an Ohio voter) is such a person. Rich white suburban boomer who “doesn’t get into politics,” is grossed out by the president, but also thinks people can just bootstrap their way into success/stability, and will never, ever, ever vote for a Democrat. She’s entitled and privileged enough to be perfectly content sitting this one out.
Also, I think if they drag it out too long, they could get hurt in the election for taking too long. Get the verdict, and use the voting record of the R’s against them. Make them publicly, and repeatedly, account for supporting a president who overtly undermines the constitution -not just in sound bites on FoxNews, but in their districts, to the voters faces.
