This seems pretty crazy to me--she qualified for the December debate, she was in the top 5 in polls and raising money. Maybe she doesn't see a path based on early state polling? Ugh, this is depressing.
I teared up. I hate how depressed I feel, but am definitely wallowing at least for the day. Ugh. Also: Yang & Booker (& Gabbard, but WGAF) haven’t qualified for Dec debate, so we’re looking at an all-white stage right now 😐

That’s such disappointing news. My primary vote is virtually irrelevant due to my state voting late, but I really admire and respect her and had hoped she would do well.
I'm not suprised I wasnt really a fan of hers but I am kinda suprised she dropped out so soon, especially when other candidates that have such low support are still running. I feel like anything can change any second in this race.
While it is sad to see her drop out, a friend of mine always tells me to try to see things from a different angle. Kamala is young. She has a long career ahead of her still. Perhaps she feels she can do more good right now by keeping her Senate seat, adding to her list of accomplishments on a national level and then running at a later date. That could help all of us long-term.

She lost someone to Bloomberg's campaign and the press around it has been pretty negative, so maybe that had some affect? If the higher ups in her campaign are falling apart...
Whatever the reason, I'm feeling pretty heartbroken today.
I’m so sad about this. So fucking sad. It took my breath away when I got the alert. She just surpassed a fundraising goal. And Tom Fucking Steyer, who stole her data, is still in. My heart is so sad right now.
I’m beyond disappointed about this. She has been my favorite from the start. And now I’m going to tune out until it’s time for me to vote in our primary because I just can’t.
