1995 red Beretta. I miss that car.
This is not mine, just a pic online. Somewhere I have a picture of me standing in front of it in ripped jeans and a NIN t-shirt, but I'm not putting that out there, lol.

oops. .. I don't have any pictures of it before this happened. =/ Oh, that is an 1989 Toyota 4-Runner. My dad fully restored it. when he bought it it didn't even run. He had it towed to his house, restored it then gave it to me. He was PIST when I wrecked it. He didn't find out for 3 days because he was out deep sea fishing and my stepmom said she wasn't calling the coast guard to find him if I wasn't dying. ...and you know you love that fuzzy tiger striped steering wheel cover, (i was 16!)
1981 (or 82, can't remember) Datsun Maxima. It talked to you, which was great fun as a teenager. "Right door is open!" "Fuel level is low" things like that.
1985 Plymouth Reliant. bought at a state auction for $1050 ran the crap out of it all through college and sold it for $500. that car was a beast. no radio in it so i had my boombox next to me on the bench seat... pretty sweet!
First car that was mine to drive, a 1976 Rabbit - it was "cute and fun and zippy" back then (well, according to my mom, back in the early '80s). And it could be...when it wasn't stalling at signals.
First car that was mine-mine, a 1977 Plymouth Volare my grandma gave me for graduation. Mine was yellow with white interior and roof and once we put the Krager rims on it wasn't too awfully bad looking:
First car I ever bought myself (post-divorce), 1994 Ford Escort Wagon (I still miss that little car):
2001 Hyundai XG350 in white. Inherited from my grandmother, and it LOOKED like something a memere would drive. Or a cheap pimp. I totalled it just over a month after I got my license.

My first car was a 2002 white Ford Focus. My dad bought it in 2004 from Enterprise & gave it to me as my HS graduation gift. I had it for 8 years up until last month when it died completely <2wks before my wedding. Fun! As a wedding gift, he gave me his car, which is a 2009 Chevy Cobalt.
This is the first car I ever bought. My husband and I bought it together with some of the $$ we got for the wedding when his car pooped out on us. He really likes the car, we haven't had any problems so far!
It wasn't a bad car. It lasted a good long while for me and served its purpose - getting me to and from school for the rest of HS and college - plus a few more years beyond that. Can't complain! (Though I can't say she wasn't a POS for the past ~3 years)
His is a POS now, but I think it's a 2003? Seems like quite the lemon. It's had a laundry list of issues and only has about 70k miles.
Yeah mine had ~88k miles when she died. It was the last straw in a slow and painful death, the day of DH's grandfather's funeral. Yay. Mine had a salvage title, but none of the issues were tied directly to that (it was a "flood" - purposely done by the first owner in an attempt to get insurance $$). They were all mechanical, like going through 5 serpentine belts/tensioners in 4 years.
Bought my first car in 1999 for $1000 off my parents. We had it since it was brand new in 1989.
1989 Nissan Sentra named Betsy. I gave it to my sister when I bought my next car and she tunred around and traded it. Biznatch!! I could have sold it for some money!
1980 Ford Mustang Hatchback. Inherited from my older sister after she graduated college and got her first job. Had a working 8 track player. Even though it was older than me, I was one of two kids in my class (of 19) that had my own car so it was sweet.
1995 Chevy Blazer. My parents bought it and then handed it down to me a couple years later. I loved that car; for some weird reason, I'd wanted a Blazer since I was a little kid.
