They announced what summer camps will look like here. 10 people per group so 9 kids 1 adult and that those 10 people will be grouped together for the whole time. No switching groups, no combining groups and no commingling staff. Temperature and wellness exams on arrival each day no pool, no field trips, no playground. The kids will be in a classroom, they must wear a mask and be 6ft apart. The picture they showed was kids playing in a 4x4 taped off square alone and the squares were 6ft apart. DD looked at it and was like I think I would rather sit at the office and do summer school than go to camp.
k3am, I used DH's bosses daughter to babysit. DD hated her as they had nothing in common and the girl wasn't interested in playing with a 6 year old at age of 16. It didn't ruin anything and no one really said anything about us dropping her plus her own schedule was funky. I don't think a couple 4 hour days using the boss's kid so you can work in quiet or go to the office would hurt anything for the summer.
At our home I wouldn’t expect a mask. But I’d also expect them to be responsible and not attending parties and the like during a SIP.
This is after the shelter in place has lifted. We are moving to phase 3, which still limits groups to 10. But she has a dad with poor health, so she has been very careful. She hasn’t seen her friends since SIP started. She even offered to take her temp every morning.
