I recently ordered some Spider Gwen masks off Etsy for my kids, who are obsessed with that character. Trying to put together some mask options for school that they will get a kick out of.
I do, however, have a ridiculous collection of flavored coffee creamers in my fridge. I'm not even a fancy Starbucks drinker. The only times I get a frilly drink from Starbucks is when I'm out with a friend. But waking up every morning to the equivalent of Groundhog Day? I needed a change. I always wake thinking about my morning cup of coffee. Now I have flavors!
DS is an only, and we are probably going to order one of those giant inflatable water slides. That's as much for me as it is for him, as it will keep him occupied. That's the trend during Covid. Things for DS that give us a bit of peace.
Have you found one that is in stock?
Someone on MM found one in stock on the Walmart website for $379. With taxes it would be $400. I'm having a tough time talking DH into spending $400 when we had originally agreed to splurge and spend $300.
A folding drying rack to air dry my clothes outside in the sun and heat. I'm SO excited! I mean it's for my whole family, but it's really for me. I love the smell of sun dried clothes.
A projector and projection screen for outdoors and the book Tartine because I made a sourdough starter 2 months ago and I can’t figure out how to get it to the bread stage.
I bought some Hoka One One trail run/walk shoes because we've been doing a lot of hikes that need more than, like, fashion sneakers but don't require my hiking boots. They're so comfortable and I haven't worn them outside yet so I'm wearing them around the house to sew since there's so much standing and ironing.
It is easy, and I have learned a lot by not getting lost in a super complicated recipe. The first recipe that I tried was too complicated and didn't really turn out too well. I have even started experimenting with subbing different flours/blends for the all purpose flour (Artisan Bread flour with Sonoran Blend and whole wheat is my latest), with great success.
Thank you, I've been needing to order some note cards but was too lazy to search for any. Her bird cards are adorable. Bonus, I used my Amex and will get $5 back with their small business promotion they have going on now.
Let's discuss. Which one? Have you ever had one from J Crew before? I am interested in a moderately covered undercarriage.
I got the plunge top and the ruched high waisted bottoms. I have plenty of normal 2 pieces, so I wanted to try a high waist one. We shall see. I've never gotten one of their bathing suits before.
HRH Queen Dick I, Orphan an update for you. The bottoms are great. The top is not supportive enough. I read reviews and women with larger racks than me said it was great so I went for it. I'm plenty covered, etc but I am not comfortable. And it's the right size and I tried adjusting the straps. It needs an underwire or something. So, I'm returning.

Can you share the projector and screen? I've been meaning to buy them as well. Thanks!

We have a little lake in our neighborhood so I just got a kayak. Also got a new bike in May. It’s amazing how being outside has helped my mood. And it’s hot and gross here in the Southeast but I get out there anyway. Today I played a lot of tennis with my son and neighbor
Someone needs to take the internet away from me. We bought bikes, which led to a bike rack. Then booked a cabin for a night near a bike trail, lol. Also new workout shoes and some shorts so at least it's all good for me? Well, maybe not the case of rosé 😂.
princessbubbleyum that bag is gorgeous! I’m waiting for the speedy b 25 to come back in stock. Was supposed to be my Mother’s Day gift, but it’s been out of stock.
I just got my work bonus so I think I’m going to get a Hermes bracelet and then do elfa in our bonus room closet.
Thanks! I searched and searched to find something I liked, that was in really good shape and that I was buying from a store and not a person.
I like the plan you have to use your bonus instead of waiting for the bag to come into stock. I think you should treat yourself now instead of waiting because after the last few months, we all deserve it! I would love to see pics of both :-)

I'm impressed you found bikes. My husband wants a new one and we can't find one he likes anywhere.

I have been looking at a few at REI for awhile so I was stalking the website and bought the second they had both of our sizes in stock. What is he looking for? We got basic Hybrid bikes and they are perfect for us and I think a reasonable price as well.

Nothing too exciting about the projector. We wanted one around $300 so we ended up with a refurbished Edson 760hd. I did a bit of research and Eason seems like a solid choice. The screen is an Elite Screens YardMaster 2 which was about $200. Elite Screens appears to dominate the market for home cinema projection screens. We may purchase powered speakers too in the future, but I think we’ll see first how the Bluetooth ones we already have work. The projector was supposed to be delivered this weekend and I was looking forward to a movie night tonight, but now Amazon is saying estimated delivery on the 12th.
