mustardseed2007, Right now about 20 in a room for 80. They put the really large courses online, of 100 students or more, and then many of the courses with 50 or more depending on the college (different colleges have different room allocations). Although I have a bunch of students who are emailing me about adding still, because they want as many of their courses to be in person. But we are going to max out pretty soon with respect to socially distanced room size. When I last checked the stats about the university 37% are in person, 8% are hybrid, and the rest are online, likely because they are too big to socially distance effectively (like the 300 person undergrad intro to chem class).
We got new AC installed earlier in the summer. We’re working on getting the final permit for it. The city is trying to do the inspection over zoom. Apparently we’re supposed to climb into the attic and through the crawl spaces while holding a laptop.

It’s been a busy morning with work and the kids being home (they acted a fool so started today with giant chore lists) and I just realized it is after lunch and I am still in my PJs.
