Headed back 2x a week in June. Which makes no sense because things are going very very well per leadership. We used to be 4x a week in office, they are being vague but we know that it won't be 4x a week when things ramp up (likely September). I'm hoping for 2-3x a week in office once things are 'normal' again.

Our campus will be reopening in July 6th. All Directors and above are expected to go in.
We're all being reclassified as 100% Telecommuter, Hybrid, or 100% Onsite. Hybrid means we'll be on campus on the core days, Tue-Wed-Thur.
My department will be all Hybrid, and we're not be going back until October, which I'm kind of pleased about. I am greatly enjoying WFH, even though I moved to be 5 minutes away from campus.
Vaccinations will not be required either, although we are all strongly encouraged to get them (health insurance subsidiary.)
My company has been 100% remote since last March but they did start announcing our a return to office plan today. They’re doing full remodels on all of our office locations to allow for greater social distancing that should be completed mid summer. They’re not mandating vaccines but will be mandating masks. 40% of our positions will be transitioning to remote permanently. The remaining 60% will be some combination of back in office permanently or splitting between office and remote. They’re going to start bringing people back in a phases after Labor Day but my director is pretty sure that our team will be a part of the 40% that stays remote.
I work in the office every day and have since June of last year (even though I’m at a new employer).
We have “pod” days: - my team is in office Tuesday-Thursday - another team is Mondays + one extra day of their choice - the last team is Wednesday’s + one extra day of their choice
I don’t anticipate we will ever go back to 100% in office for everyone. Which is fine...I enjoy being one of the few people in the building on Fridays.
Vaccination isn’t required, masks aren’t required, but almost all meetings are held via Teams. I schedule in person meetings when it’s me and 1-2 other people and use the big conference room so we are all appropriately spaced. I’m seriously tired of virtual meetings, though.
I’ve been 100% remote since March of last year. I was asked if I plan to return to the office, so I guess I have a choice - probably because I need a private office due to the nature of my job and they don’t want to waste it on a PT employee. I plan to return in the fall in some hybrid format.
H has also been remote since March 2020, but he goes into the office once in a while for a change of scenery, since it’s essentially empty otherwise. He’s always WFH a few days a week, so at some point he’ll prob add another day or so in the office...but probably not till the fall.
My role was heading 100% WFH even before Covid so now I’ve just made it official. As long as I’m working on this team I will be remote. The rest of the company has been told no earlier return to the office than September. My husband’s company has basically pushed back return to office every month since this started. They’ve just been told officially they have to return in June and they are making them do training this time so I guess they are actually serious this time. Employees 2 days a week and managers 3 days a week.
I’ll miss the savings of him not commuting and buying lunch out (I’m hoping he will be better at bringing lunch after a year+ of being home) but I’ll be glad to have some days a week all by myself.

We just had a "town hall" meeting for my department (marketing) yesterday, and someone asked for information about the return to office plan. Our CMO said marketing would have much more flexibility to WFH 100% (yay!) and going forward would prioritize talent over location in hiring. Those who want to return to the office will likely be in a hybrid role with some days in office and some days at home (like we did before COVID).
