There is a portable laptop monitor I want as a 2nd screen for I want to work in the local coffeeshop or library, but I'm trying to get work to pick up the tab on that one. I think I'm just boring? Oh! We're getting quotes to put ip a screen porch, so maybe $ towards patio furniture/rug.
Can you please share a link to this? I don't work from home often enough to have a permanent work station, but it would be amazing to have a second monitor that is easy to set up when I do.
I haven't narrowed down which one exactly, but this is what I'm talking about. Dell, LG, AOC and I think HP make them as well. Plus you've got different models and price points.
I’m normally not a candle person but I got an Otherland one for my birthday and now I really want ones from their new collection, especially the tomato one.
I saw some earrings I liked but we still aren’t going out that much and earrings keep snagging on my masks so I feel like they would just sit in the drawer.
there are some things we want to upgrade, so my list is mostly stuff i wouldn't splurge on myself:
-Ninja coffee maker -fancy sheets -nice camping chair with a roof (for kid sports) -new hand weights since i have limited options at the moment and they are $$$$$
i'm definitely following for other ideas. i wish i had a hobby. i've considered a cricut but just don't think i'd use it enough to justify having one.
Polywood adirondack chairs (or really money towards them, I don't expect our families to actually buy us the chairs) TFD pivot for the Peloton B&N gift cards
That's really it, I don't need anything in particular and I don't want more stuff just for the sake of stuff.
We have polywood adirondack chairs. I bought 4 from costco and 2 directly from polywood. I like the costco ones better and they were cheaper (and they go on sale)!
- Half Baked Harvest Super Simple cookbook - Penzeys seasonings - Holiday salad plates - Watering can - Various mini pieces of art - pretty Anti fatigue mat for kitchen - Nicer looking folding chairs - Spatula
These are things I would buy myself: 1. another ring. I bought myself a fancy ring a few months ago and it's so teeny tiny, it clearly needs a friend. 2. Sh!tting around dresses. Like - things to pull on to go errand shopping. I haven't worn real pants since the start of the pandemic and have realized my favorite thing is easy, casual dresses. Everyone thinks you are super fancy cause it's a dress yet it took 5 times less effort to coordinate and put on. I'd like to just continue this trend.
I'd like the pandemic to be over so I can book some international travel and feel comfortable about it.

I asked my partner for an experience gift: an overnight in NYC for eating at bakeries (SuperMoon Bakehouse, Wild Air, Dominique Ansel) and specialty grocery store shopping (HMart, Kalustyans, etc).
I have lots of random stuff on a list for myself that I would probably never buy for myself.
Skylight Calendar Cadence travel containers Tiem clip-in spin shoes & clip in pedals for my knock-off Peloton Bathtub tray/caddy (w/slot for iPad and wine glass) Silicone baking mats Soma PJs
I don't know! I do want a Kendra Scott necklace that has cat ears that keeps running across my FB feed.
I also want new dishes but I'm not sure if I should ask for them for Christmas or just buy them gradually myself.
Maybe a new set of wine glasses?
Anyone have recs for some good hiking gear to ask for? I don't go on hikes longer than 2-3 hours usually so I probably don't need anything crazy. I was thinking maybe walking poles and maybe some colder weather gear so I could hike in the winter.
The Target barefoot dreams dupe blanket (or a real barefoot dreams blanket!)
Olive and June mani set and dry drops
Elton John tickets
A few books
Art print for living room
Get the real one and get the full size one from Nordstom, not the one people on IG are always posting from Nordstrom Rack. It's too short for even me because I like to be under a decent sized blanket.

My list is pretty boring this year.
-shredder -lightweight stick vacuum that I can use (I have trouble balancing, vision issues and lifting big items.) Any suggestions?? -unapologetic eating book -Amazon gc to buy books once the kindle arrives (that I ordered on prime day in July!!) -ice packs

- Cookie decorating supplies. I want an airbrush tool, templates, rolling mat and roller, more gels, and other misc items - possibly a new desk. My work from home keeps getting moved around. I want a more quality desk that is more pleasing to the eyes.

Planters for posts at the end of our railing, a porch swing, and a gas or propane fire pit table thingy. I gave dh my list when he asked what i wanted for my bday, and I also had a roomba on there, and he got me that for my bday, so I'm hoping he'll get me something else from this list for Christmas. These are things I def. want, but don't want to research options and have to make choices, I just want them to show up ready to go lol.

Thanks for the link! We have a name brand white bench on our walkway and it's really stood the test of time. I received it from DH for my first Mother's Day over 8 years ago. Every other year or so I swipe a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser over it and that's that. I might ask for one of the Adirondack chairs for Christmas! Great idea.
I've struggled with ideas for myself over the last few years. I'm considering another Madewell crossbody leather bag. I bought a gray one a few years back and it's not weathering very well. I want a more natural color.

Do you have a link for the Target blanket? I've been wanting a Barefoot blanket but can't justify the price with how rough my kids are with stuff.
I love barefoot dreams material and have a couple of the blankets. Depending on what you’re looking for I’ve always bought them at Nordstrom Rack for less than $50, so definitely check there.
I'd love a coverstitch machine, but don't really *need* one.
I'm also dying for a clothes steamer, but can't decide if I want to go with a standup/tank version or handheld.
Get a stand up! It is so convenient. Just sits next to my closet. I turn it on as I'm picking out my clothes it's ready to go by the time I've chosen my outfit. I will never iron again.
I want this from myself: 1. Battery Powered String Trimmer to go along with my other battery powered yard tools. This will have to be from the same manufacturer. 2. Whatever I see for Black Friday/Cyber Monday/early Sales. 3. I have a very small budget for the above.
From any relatives: money. My mom is terrible at buying gifts.
