I saw an interesting TikTok that said she thought they were trying to pay homage to/symbolize past, present, and future monarchy. She had some good points. I don't know how to link the video, but her TikTok handle is @matta_of_fact and it was posted a day ago.

DD got a new record player. I took her old one for my office. (It was H’s) This is too much work. I didn’t really go out searching for my own. It just kind of happened.
This mother fucker needs too much. DD comes in to show me how to use it. (Yeah kid, pretty sure I know how this works) so she brings me a jar full of change. :looks around confused: I tell her this isn’t a jukebox. She says “no, it’s for the arm and needle. You have to weigh it down.” Sometimes it need 3 quarter and a dime. This time it needs a nickel. Others a dime and penny.
Look… I can barely keep the two kids, cat, fish, and plants fed. Now you want me to jiggle the arm, wipe the needle, and pay it to hear music? Fuck no. I closed the lid and walked to my desk. I opened Apple Music and played Billie there. No need to waste 30 min of my time to play some songs. I have better things to do. You know like bitch on here
So my kids daycare is still expecting us to pay half their tuition and use the sick time “allowance.”
Um. Even if my daughter was not positive, she wouldn’t be allowed to attend. Her class is closed all week. I MIGHT be able to understand DS’s tuition, but he’s required to stay home too.
I just emailed them back and said no, that cannot be right. Am I out of line?
No.
We had to quarantine and were credited all the days we were requires to stay home.
That policy only serves to incentivize parents to send sick children to school.
Thank you for validating me.
I can’t imagine I’m the only parent pissed about this. I emailed the principal, so I’m hoping she gets back to me. They let me keep DS out from March to June 2020 at no cost, so they can deal with one week.
I tested positive last night. I'm miserable plus I may be having a MS relapse.
I am not in a good place.
I’m sorry. Can you get your doctor to order the monoclonal antibodies and go to an outpatient facility? I have an autoimmune disease and that’s what was suggested to me. But in my case, it was the holiday and my doctor wasn’t in, so they sent me to the ER.
