Sunday - order out Monday - grill out Tuesday - Kevin’s meals for us and nuggets for the kids Wednesday - cauliflower tacos for us and rotisserie chicken tacos for kids Thursday - baked chicken meatballs and pasta Friday - breakfast for dinner Saturday - avocado buffalo chickpea wraps for us and probably McDonald’s for kids (keeping it real)

DD is at grandma's so will be fed. tax day- who knows when I will get home so another fend for yourself night Tues-Everyone has their own stuff so I will get to be home alone for 4 hours Tuesday night during dinner time! Not sure which nights things will be. DH will be out of town Tuesday- Thursday, boys have track meets Wednesday and Friday and I have work training across town Thursday-Saturday.
Tonight was wings on the smoker and potato salad. Beef tips, mashed potatoes and green beans We have leftover wings, leftover brats from the other night and some leftover grilled salmon. Ravioli and marinara Tacos Thursday is chicken chili in the crockpot since I can make that and it’ll be ready when I get home.
I’ve been trying to do a little more batch cooking and prepping in advance because my kids have activities that run into dinner at least 4 nights a week in the spring.
Tonight I made a huge batch of bolognese (Skinnytaste instant pot recipe). We could have one more meal out of that before we get sick of it, so I will also put some in the freezer.
I chopped a bunch of veggies tonight to make sheet pan fajitas, probably on Tuesday since we have an odd free night.
I’m also going to make a bunch of breaded chicken cutlets in the air fryer. That will turn into chicken parm, chicken milanaise over salad, lunches and dinners.

Uuuuuggghhhhh.
I am really, really trying to make headway on eating the various things I have squirreled away in our pantry, freezer drawer and chest freezer and actually using up the partial bags/containers of this and that which don't quite constitute a full meal and need to be combined with other things.
This week I am planning on: -Chicken tortilla soup (chicken from the freezer) -Pulled pork from the freezer, plus cauliflower -slow cooker beef stew (because it's no-prep and super easy) -strawberry & chicken spinach salad
Thursday we'll go out for dinner because it's a school spirit night at a local restaurant.

Last night - ranch chicken thighs, asparagus and roasted potatoes Tonight - MH is off today and it's gorgeousso we're having littlenecks in a butter garlic lemon wine sauce with crusty bread and then later grilled steak with tomatoes, red onion and balsamic and grilled sweet potato wedges Tuesday - spinach and ricotta pizza with salad Wednesday - trader joe's mandarin chicken with broccoli and rice Thursday - grilled chicken with cheesy spinach and artichoke quiona Friday - Providence Bruins game/fundraiser so probably stuff at the rink Saturday - no clue, maybe smash burgers, fries and salad or fruit

S: had the fam over for H's birthday. Chicken fajitas, beef tacos with all the fixin's, elote dip, guacamole, Mexican rice, refried beans. M: leftovers/fend. There is tons of food from yesterday, chicken cutlets from Friday and I have 1/2 a steak left from our dinner out on Saturday.
