i like sports in general, can watch almost any game/match/meet and know what's happening, but the only team i'm a diehard, rearrange my schedule to watch fan of is the Packers. i have loved them since i was a wee child.
h, on the other hand, got up at some awful hour this morning to watch rugby in australia. he's too dedicated.

I'm a lifelong soccer player and fan. My fave team is FC Dallas (I have season tix); I also follow Indiana University men's soccer. My DH got me into Alabama football when we lived in AL.
I adore football. Professional only. I love Sundays in the fall/early winter.
That's my main sports obsession. Otherwise, I like the Olympics. And I used to be *really* into figure skating and pretty into tennis (especially Wimbledon) from high school through my early 20s, but I lost track of it and don't really know the top contenders anymore, so I only catch little bits here and there now.
Baseball is my #1 sport. I also love college football and can mildly stand Pro football. I hate basketball. I like the summer Olympics more then the winter. I mostly enjoy swimming, gymnastics and track & field.
This is me, exactly!
I think I'm giving up football, though. All the head injury stuff, the recent suicides, and the story I read about the 8 dead players from the '94 Chargers have soured me a bit on it.
My new love is roller derby. And I think I want to get into tennis.

I enjoy playing volleyball and soccer.
I love March Madness and the World Cup. My favorite sports to watch are college basketball (Duke) and US National Team Soccer (mens and womens). I also like to watch college football (Duke and Penn St), the NFL (49ers and the Steelers as long as they are not playing the 49ers), and other professional soccer. I will pay attention to other collegiate sports once in awhile, especially if one of my alma maters is in post season play.
I don't mind going to baseball games, but watching on tv is boring. I used to go to minor league hockey games when I lived in PA and will sometimes watch the Penguins, but I am not that vested in the NHL. I do not really care about the NBA, but I will cheer for former Duke players if for some reason I am watching.
I enjoy watching the Olympics, and will sometimes read info if it is in Sports Illustrated, but I do not typically seek out articles/events for most Olympic sports outside of the games.
I thought you meant sports to play...which is almost all of them...lol. I'll go to pro games & enjoy them--we go to MLB games quite a bit. I'll watch the NCAA college basketball tournament w/DH (he loves the ACC!). I like watching track, volleyball, skiing & tennis & Olympic swimming. I hate watching ice hockey, ice skating, golf and soccer.
Football. Specifically, the GB Packers. And Baseball, especially when the Brewers ( my team), the Rockies (DH's team), or the Giants ( the relevant team for my town) are on. I also love march madness.
I am pretty bad, if it don't have four hooves/horse related I pretty much won't watch it. Horses are my life. Racing, steeple chasing, Olympics, shows, etc, I will watch it.

I LOVE college football. I enjoy MLB and college basketball. I have never been much into NHL but did enjoy my hometown team's recent run in the playoffs.
Sports bore me. I honestly don't care if the Lakers, kings, clippers, dodgers, ucla/USC, soon-to-be football team, or any other team wins the championship.
I do however love the Olympics. I'd watch that shit 24-7 if I could.
I love love love the summer Olympics. It's pure awesome. I've become a Thunder fan in the last 2 years so I now watch a lot of NBA. I'll also watch KU and K-state basketball and football when I catch it on tv. The same goes for the KC Chiefs, but they don't air a lot of their games here. I also try to keep up with Sooner football because it's a survival skill in these parts.

I will watch any football game, at any level. We pay for the highest level of channels from Dish Network just so I have the Tennis Channel. Overall, tennis and football probably accounts for ~70-80% of the TV watching I do. I've been know to take vacation time during the Slams just so I can watch everything.
I love going to hockey and baseball games, but very rarely watch on TV and don't really follow results.
Olympics: I prefer the Winter Games to Summer Games and I've been known to watch ice skating/dancing on non-Olympic years (and have gone to Worlds when it's close by).
I have played tennis and sand court volleyball in the past. I'm too lazy and injury-prone to do so now.
