I hate to be an AW, but I'm just so darn proud! As of this morning, I have officially lost 30 lbs since January 2012. It's been a lot of hard work; I feel so much better about myself now and just generally feel more fit. My goal for the rest of the year will be to just maintain and continue get more toned. My big overall goal is to comfortably fit into a size 4 jean. Now if I could just get rid of the pesky last roll in my tummy! Baby steps, I guess!

I TOTALLY know how hard it is Congratulations, great job, keep up the great work! Share your secrets!!
Probably the biggest change i made was cutting back on alcohol. A year ago I probably drank 2 beers a week and at LEAST 2 bottles of wine per week. That is a lot of calories right there! I've tried to limit my alcohol intake to when I'm out with friend or DH and not just drinking at home after a long day. I figured out that I really like the act of drinking (whether water, tea, coffee, wine, whatever). So, when I felt like a glass of wine at home, instead I grabbed a sparkling water. I like the Canada Dry raspberry flavored water. No calories, no artificial sweetener. It still seemed like I was drinking something special though. I know that sounds really lame!
I also really cleaned up my eating habits and committed to doing at least one workout video each day - usually I do two of them though.
So that has gotten me 30 lbs lighter - as I mentioned earlier, my next big milestone goal is to comfortably fit into size 4 jeans.
