I wear scrubs to work so outfit hassles don't exist and it still takes me 2 hours to get ready and out the door (excluding corralling my kids) I can do 1 hour but then I cut out important things like shaving and dry hair.
I could do in under an hour if I really wanted to but I get up between 6:15-6:30 and am dressed by 7-7:15.
I shower at night and use the sock bun to curl my hair so aside from taking it out and fixing my part I don't do much to my hair.
My make up takes about 30mins, longer if I wear eye shadow but I don't really wear it. I normally have an outfit picked out in my head and 9 times out of 10 I wear it.

I shower the night before. So normally 1.25h. Yet somehow on days that I oversleep (like today) I can cram it into 40min. I think I just move too slowly.
ETA: Oh, and I never have an outfit already picked and I do a full face of makeup. I never spend more than 5min on my hair.
I think I could get everything done in 45 minutes. But that's if I already have a clue on what I'm wearing and if it's ironed. I suck at ironing and it'll take up a good 20 minutes of my morning.

45 minutes. 1 hour if I don't shower the night before.
I don't have to wash/dry my hair. I usually wrap it or pin curl it and then just style in the morning.
I also generally have my outfit planned in advanced and sometimes already out. If not that could add about 10-15 minutes but in those cases I usually throw on one of my standby dresses.
Usually about 30-45 minutes if I am not washing my hair that morning. If I am, then add another 30-45 minutes. I do minimal makeup during the week, but I usually flat iron the kinks out of my hair (not usually a full style every day), and take awhile picking out my outfit, ironing/lint rollering, etc.
To actually get ready with shower, hair, and makeup: 45 minutes.
I allow myself 2 hours, though. This gives me a while to lay in bed and read the news, wander downstairs to the laundry room to search for clothes, tinker with jewelry, do something for breakfast, etc. I like not being rushed in the mornings.
Leaving kids out of the equation, about 20 minutes - dressed for work, hair done, and light makeup. But I don't iron clothes, I don't accessorize, I don't straighten or curl my hair, and I almost always shower the night before and if I have to shower in the morning I certainly don't shave.
Throw wrangling 2 kids into the equation and I can get us out of the house in an hour though we might be eating breakfast in the car since they are competing for the title of world's slowest eater.

I take foreeever to get ready, I'm quite notorious for it among my circle of friends and family I take 1.5 to 2 hours every morning to be all put together. This includes showering and shaving every single morning and blow drying and styling my hair. I'm pretty OCD about my appearance and can't stand missing a step in my hair and makeup routine, otherwise I feel off for the whole day. I'm kinda worried about what will happen when we have kids...like will I really have to wake up 3 hours early?
I am up at 6 and out the door at 7:15 every morning, this includes getting LO up dressed and out with me. I use to enjoy having much more time to get ready but I'm pretty low maintenance on makeup and hair product, pre kids I would have lounged around drinking coffee and watching the news while getting ready.
It takes me a little less than an hour, about 45 min if I really hurry. I always pick out an outfit the night before though or else I have serious issues.
20-30 minutes (depending on if DH is rushing me so he can leave for work, haha): shower, hair, makeup, clothes. Getting ready is such a time-suck to me, so I do it fast so the girls and I can move on with our day.
I go from sweaty (from the gym) to ready in 30 mins. Including washing/drying/curling my hair and putting make up on. My trick is plugging in my iron before my shower
I am jealous MCC! It takes me 30 min just to blow dry my hair.

It takes me about an hour start to finish to get fully ready for the day. this includes shower, drying hair, straightening hair, full face of makeup, teeth brushed, breakfast eaten and clothes changed about 2 or 3 times.
If I don't have time to do my hair, about 25 minutes, then I'll just wash it and walk out the door. When I get to my office I usually teach a class ( I'm an English teacher living in Brazil) and while I teach one thorugh skype I do my makeup Afterwards when my hair is dry I straighten it
it takes me about 30 minutes but i almost always let my hair air dry and like to plan my outfits the night before. this does not include working out, eating, and walking my dog which much more time to my morning
