If you are going to wear one daily, why not get washable cotton ones so that they are breathable? I only use them during my cycle, but still, they are much nicer, IMO.
Wearing pads constantly post partum was so nasty bc my lady bits were constantly damp. I was having to change pads every hour or so, not bc they were soaked through, butto dry out my bits.
Cotton pads with no waterproof backing = much happier and less humid crotchal region.

If you had discharge to the point that it randomly soaked through your underwear and on your pants at times, would you not wear any pantiliners for that? Or are you unaware that this is completely normal in some women?
It is normal to have discharge to the point it SOAKS YOUR PANTS? omg!
I wasn't one of WTF responses, but yeah, I would say this is not a very common occurrence. If I had that much discharge I would ask my doctor about it. Although unless you have an acute condition like an infection, I doubt there's much that can be done. Another blessing to count, I guess. Who knew? lol.
OMG! I can't believe none of us have ever thought to ask our doctors about this.
