Pure Barre. I've stuck to it for 10 months now and the more I do it, the more I love it. I really do think I'm addicted!
I'm not coordinated when it comes to stuff like this and I'm not flexible but I've always wanted to try this. My friend swears by it. I'm worried about looking like an idiot!
So so weird, but summer salad. Particularly the onions after they've soaked a couple days. Poor H hah.
What is summer salad?
Sliced tomatoes, cucumbers and red onion soaked in either italian dressing, red wine vinaigrette or balsamic vinegar. Lately I've been making it with italian

Try it! I'm not coordinated either and it's the perfect workout for me. I used to be a runner (still am, I suppose, but I only run 1x week now for maybe 4 miles) and this workout totally transformed my body.

Re: coffee.
DH says he bought the Hario two-cup pourover set up instead of the Chemex, because the Chemex is recommended to make a min of 24 oz which is too much at a time for us. (we rarely make coffee together).
I will say neither is worth purchasing unless you have a good source of recently roasted beans (preferably a week or less old).
I have several. Mostly local, but I also love my Tonx coffee subscription. It's a guy who used to work for Intelligentsia and went out on his own. He's not local to me, but he roasts to order and sends it out priority mail so you have it two days after it's roasted. So good. tonx.org

Interesting; I've never heard that. Some coffee places here use a Chemex to make each cup to order and it's delicious. Hmm. Now I need to buy a Hario and compare.
Pouring latte art, Essie nail polish, over priced workout wear (splits59, kiera grace, sweaty Betty - I'm trying to break up with LLL) & Martha Stewart Halloween decorations!

but there is a 3-cup chemex w/glass handle that is super cute!!! we do have 1-cup communal hario in the kitchen at work, so maybe i'll give that a try tomorrow.
i ended up ordering an aeropress last night since i have access to the hario and chemex at work.
and yes, i'm a klutz who gets grounds EVERYWHERE when cleaning a french press or bialetti moka.

i have too many nearby. i have a bag of beans roasted late last week sitting on my counter w/nothing to grind them with and only a french press. i am too sheisty to take it to work to grind because then i'll have to share. my new grinder & aeropress should be here tomorrow.
