If its coming directly from India and its a premade size be prepared for a weird fit I got so fed up with trying to buy clothes over here that I just went to the fabric market and found a good tailor. The biggest problems I found with the fit is the arms are way too small and it can run very small across the bust. The leggings are really skinny/narrow through the calf and ankle...not that big of an issue but with the bunching at the bottom its a weird feeling.
You can still get a saree Its one size fits all and you can get the choli made a little bit longer to cover more of the stomach area.

You can buy these unstitched, but if you get them stitched they ask for a million different measurements (e.g., for the sleeve alone they took armhole, bicep, length from shoulder to end of sleeve), so hopefully if they follow those measurements and it is sewn okay it will fit. I could borrow one of my mom's sarees if I wanted to do a saree, but I don't. Even a long choli wouldn't cover my love handles. It's a gamble, but I can always wear a regular dress if it sucks.
