We're heading home Sunday and taking MIL out for her bday. I'm sure we'll be celebrating my sister's bday at some point. I have a 5K I'm running Monday morning and I want to go to the parade.
It's not Memorial Day in France, but it's some kind of holiday on Monday here. DH is taking DD camping for the weekend in the French countryside, leaving me here to go out with friends as late as I like, sleep in, catch up on some work and generally just act like a college student studying abroad in Paris instead of like a responsible mom.
DH is going to the Rangers/Devils game on Friday, so I will be home alone. We are celebrating my dad's birthday on Saturday (his birthday isn't til Tuesday though), kayaking Sunday, and going out with friends on Monday.
Friday is FI's b-day so we're going out to a nice steakhouse that we've been wanting to try. My BFF is coming to town on Saturday, I have dinner/brunch reservations and plans for fun touristy activities in the city.

Going to DH's annual family reunion. Some of you may recall my lovely piece of prose about last year's trip written in the style of a 50's guide to good hostessing. Those who don't, rest assured it's going to suck. A lot. Hence, I'm taking the next week off of work to recover.
DH is off on Fri, I'll prob work a 1/2 day as it is a ghost town whenever there is a holiday weekend! Dinner w/ DH's old friend
Sat - pool time. NO PLANS. Sun - pool party w/ friends. Its an all day/night afare, so I think we'll head over ~5ish. Don't wanna be there all day. Mon - NOTHING planned. And I'm loving it.
We'll see a movie or 2 somewheres in there. We haven't had an 'off' weekend in months. We need this.
I just took Friday off. Yay! We're hanging around at home - we're having a little grilling party on Saturday to break in our new patio, and my parents are coming over Sunday night. We're doing brunch at my favorite spot (unlimited bloody marys and mimosas!) on Saturday morning.

My inlaws have a vacation home about 2 hours north east of us, so we are headed up there. H's grandparents live in that area year round, and we just plan on relaxing.
