I just knew. Isn't that so cliche? I never believed in the "I just knew" until I met him. He introduced himself to me, we talked for three hours, and when we parted, I thought to myself, "I think I could marry that guy today and be happy forever." Makes me want to barf now. I wish we would have slowed things down a lot. We rushed and are really just lucky that it's worked out.
were you raised religious or how did you come to find religion? (Sorry, I really don't mean to be offensive, but this really fascintes me)
I was raised very similarly to how we live now. I agree with most things that I was taught growing up, but some things I have had to find my own way on after studying the Bible on my own.
does t man ever ask for a baby brother or sister? Does he know that you're ttgktfu?
Yes, he asks often. He doesn't know about the birds and the bees yet, so we try to just change the subject or try to make him happy about being an only telling him he'd have to share his room, etc. He doesn't know that we are TTC. I think it would lead to too many questions that we aren't ready for.

If it makes you feel any better, as an only child i'd ask my mom (often) for an older sister. I was probably 12 before I really got why it was never going to happen.
I don't think so. I eat all "american" food. I'll eat fish, but I am allergic to shell fish. I like most asian food...well, I can always find something that I like, I don't necessarily like everything on the menu. I will eat sushi, but don't necessarily prefer it...I'll go if James is really craving it. I don't like Indian food.
How is DH new job going? Is it a permanant change yet? Or maybe you already told us that and I forgot.
It's going okay. He is rocking at it for sure...bringing hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of business into his branch. But, it's nearing the end of the year and I guess they are going to have a new contract next year, so the higher ups are kind of just stringing him along. It's really frustrating, but in the interim, they did give him about a $5/hour increase from his "trial" period until the end of the year, so that's something. In the meantime, though, his branch manager is pocketing all the commission that James would be making if he had a contract. ANYWAY, thanks for asking. He seems to be really good at it although it is really stressful for him, and at the first of the year when he gets a contract, things should settle in nicely.
