Without testing, did you know you were pregnant?

H and I are TTC again after our loss in August, so of course now, I'm over-analyzing everything. I am likely ovulating right now or did a few days ago. I have symptoms of ovulation - CM changes, some mild cramping, etc. Last time, I remember waking up in the middle of the night with pretty severe cramps. I'm guessing this was implantation. Now my cramps are getting a little more severe like last time, but it's only been a day or 2 at most.

Did you have symptoms prior to testing that you were pregnant?

I had cramping all 5 times I got pregnant...like immediately (implantation I guess). I never get cramps, not even with my period. Looking back it was always a tell tale sign (& the only one). I know I dismissed it as possibly something else other than cramping but it was every time. This pregnancy it was distinctly on one side. I was a little paranoid I was having an ectopic but luckily that was not the case.

Sort of, but not really.

My breasts were slightly sore, but that could be PMS. I fell asleep really early on the couch the night before I tested, but I honestly attributed that to the fact that I haven't been exercising and have very little energy.

That being said, I still don't really have any symptoms yet. I'm 5W2D.

Nope. I only tested because I had got some hardcore cough medicine and knew I *could* be pg.

The first time, kind of. I wasn't in the mood for a glass of wine at dinner the night before my BFP which is unusual for me (and I have had a strong alcohol aversion early on in both pregnancies), but I didn't connect the dots until later. I also had breast changes that week and in fact felt a weird lump and called my OB/GYN for a lump check--that turned out to be due to the pregnancy as well, but again I only figured that out in hindsight.

The second time, I was pretty certain something was off during my morning yoga class. I just didn't feel quite right. It was a Friday and as soon as I got home and started to think about my usual Friday night cocktail and realized I didn't want it very much, I decided to take a test. It was positive.

Both times I was totally exhausted the day before I tested.

I had symptoms prior to testing with DS, but not DD. I threw up in the middle of the night after drinking two beers. I was also freaking exhausted and slept away a whole weekend. I had no cramping or anything.

With DD nope. With DS I had this weird burning sensation in my nipples and felt just generally off. I was out of the country so I checked my chart and realized I was like 3 days late.

Looking back, I had implantation bleeding with DS, but I didn't identify it as such. Other than that, no symptoms either time.

Nope. Luckily my cycles are like clockwork, otherwise I would have had no clue until a few months in.

Yes. Odd, but with all my BFPs I've had morning diarrhea as soon as I got up starting around 8DPO. So I had a pretty strong suspicion.

The first two times, no. This time, yes, but not as early as you are talking about.

We weren't really trying, but we had unprotected sex once very early in my cycle, and at the time we decided to skip the condom I warned DH that pregnancy was possible, though very unlikely. Fast forward a couple weeks--I felt faint getting out of the bathtub one morning, and DH jokingly said "maybe you're pregnant." I laughed it off, as it was so unlikely from one ill-timed encounter. Then I was sitting at work a couple hours later and suddenly I just knew.

I had extremely tender/sore breasts within a week of conception. I never get those, even during my regular cycles.

No. We were TTC and I was hopeful that cycle (had what I thought was implantation bleeding), but I was pretty sure I was getting my period. We were leaving for France that day (12dpo) and I was either going to be skipping wine tasting in Champagne (sob!) or getting my period on the plane ride. I happily gave up my wino vacation for baby instead.

Nope with #1. With 2 and 3 the only reason I thought about testing was because my balance was completely off.

I had a feeling - both times- i just felt pretty confident (we did IUI/clomid, so it wasn't like we just had sex and i felt i was pg).

both times i had slight cramps a few days before my BFP (which was 11dpo with DS1 and 12dpo with the twins).... both times my boobs hurt.

I had a strong suspicion because at 9dpo I had some severe cramping when I was out at an event. I tested when I got home and had a positive and also tested with FMU the next morning. I was trying so hard to wait until 14dpo!

I felt a little icky/nauseous for a couple days before my BFP, and the ick stuck around for the most part throughout the first tri.

I was about two weeks late, but even though I'm pretty regular, I don't really pay attention to my cycles. My breasts were also a little bigger, but just to where I thought it might be my imagination. I was in complete denial though sice we weren't even sure we wanted kids.

No, but my RE did. I had such severe ohss that they were congratulating me before I even went for the bloodwork. I guess it's the one time that no being able to breathe is a good thing.

Nope. We'd been TTC for 1.5 years, and I literally had an appointment in two weeks to see if there was something wrong with one of us. Then my period never came. I waited two weeks to test, I kept thinking it was going to show up any moment and I'd be devastated at the negative POAS. But hooray for BFP!

I knew. We were first moth TTC and I ovulated on a Friday. We'd had a ton of sex, whee ondom-free fun! We were driving to a hot springs for a fun Saturday overnight and I had a strong pinchig on my right side. I can tell you exactly where we were at on the road. Then we had more sex that night. Also: H got food poisioning. Nothing like baby-making sex ending in vomit.

10 days later I tried to go for my normal 40 minute run and couldn't make it 8 minutes without stopping. Came in after 20 minutes and got in the shower to find purple nipples. And a BFP the next morning.

I was super tired the day I tested. Besides that I felt fine.
